Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall positive, the process of check in was super easy and the property was nearby.The home was in a great spot but it was in need of some extensive maintenance & repair in the bathrooms, water & moisture issues on the second floor.There were no trash cans outside? The house was in a great spot and the downstairs common area was great. needs some TLC...

The home was beautiful, and the walk to the beach was very manageable. We loved how quiet it was and appreciated that it wasn’t crowded. The only downside was that the house was extremely hot (88) when we arrived and didn’t cool down to a comfortable 74 until the next day. Other than that, it was a great place, and we would definitely visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had a wonderful stay at this home and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. The house is incredibly comfortable and cozy—truly felt like a home away from home the moment we walked in. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the abundance of towels was a thoughtful touch. We especially loved the screened-in porch—it was the perfect spot to unwind. The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Everything about this place made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Having to go to the management office to get a “welcome packet” that just included the door code was disappointing and a waste of time. Then, having to return it at the end of the rental period was also a waste of time. The unit did not come with any shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), so we had to spend more money and time going to a store to get those basic supplies. There were plenty of towels and sheets. The location is good, but the beach access floods and becomes inaccessible. The upstairs “loft” area is just plain creepy with an unlocked door that opens to an unfinished attic space. It was not safe for us to even let our kids play unattended up there. The house was very dirty when we arrived, with stains and mold all over the place and really dirty air vents. The friends we stayed with ended up getting sick.
