Come enjoy a piece of paradise on the sugar white sands and crystalline waters of the Emerald Coast! Our condo is just a four minute walk to gated access to 220 ft of private beach.

Conveniently located on Scenic 98, this first floor unit is nestled in the back of the complex. You will the love the serene atmosphere with grassy area in the back and side yards, complete with a grill and dining space. A heated pool, tennis courts, and playground are among the amenities offered.

The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops and new appliances. Inside of this spacious layout, the master suite has a king sized bed and a cozy sitting area, while the additional bedroom offers two queen sized beds. The living room provides ample seating with a pull out sofa for extra guests.

This property is ideally located near great shopping, excellent dining, and plenty of entertainment options. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the many public courses in the area, while boating and fishing lovers can explore the Destin harbor's charter boats and recreational watercraft.

Condo was clean and perfect! Host was amazing with communication. Pricing was great for me as a single mom with multiple kids. Would def recommend staying!

This property needs help. The drain in the master bedroom sink was nearly completely clogged. I removed the stopper (it just pulled out ) and stuck to it was a huge ball of hair and debris. Anyone who cleaned this apartment would have been aware that this sink didn't drain. In the hall bathroom, the knob that you pull to move the water from the tub to the shower head was frozen! It was impossible to get water to the shower head. I couldn't find pliers so I used a wine bottle opener to work the knob loose enough to get water to the shower head. There was no drain plug available if you were planning a bath. Both shower heads would benefit from a good soak in vinegar or CLR to loosen the crud, then a scrub with a stiff brush to get the mold and debris out. This would increase the water pressure immensely. One of the light bulbs in a LR lamp was useless (constant flickering) and the bulb in the other lamp was Too weak to read by. These are all reasonably easy fixes. These issues were all very obvious and should have been dealt with before expecting paying guests. I am requesting a refund of one night's stay(276) as compensation. I do have photos if you request them.
