Luxury Beach Cottage-Naples (ny uppvärmd pool och badtunna) kort promenad till stranden

Fantastiskt beläget, gångavstånd från den berömda Vanderbilt Beach, Naples Park, där Ritz Carlton ligger. Helt ny uppvärmd, Zen saltvattenpool (så inga hårda och ohälsosamma kemikalier) med jacuzzi (badtunna) konstruerad januari 2018. Obefläckat underhålls med europeiska bekvämligheter. 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 5 helt nya cyklar, ny strandbuggy, ryggsäck gräsmattestolar, strandleksaker, gymutrustning (vikter, mattor, band etc.) och mer. Europeiska ägare och ledning upprätthåller hemmet på en extremt hög standard. Minuter från köpcentret Mercardo, centralt beläget, nära bilresa till 5th Avenue. Endast månadshyra. Observera att Lola`s stuga är en strikt rökning, ingen husdjur stuga. Även om vi älskar husdjur, har vår son en hög husdjur- och dammallergi. Månadsuthyrning endast från januari till slutet av mars. Resten av året, veckovis minimum vistelser välkomna. Vi gör alltid förbättringar av vår härliga stuga. Vi utökade travestinplattorna i poolområdet för mer BBQ-rum i april 2018. Vi har också lagt till en ny gångväg till poolområdet och utomhusdusch tillagd. Nytt totala integritetsstaket installerades i maj 2018.

Eftersom Lola`s stuga förvaltas av ägare kommer det inte att tas ut ytterligare 20% förvaltningsavgift ovanpå din hyreskostnad.

Om du planerar en familjeåterförening, kan du också boka vår systerstuga, Sophie`s Cottage, som ligger på samma kvarter och gata. Det är ett 2 sovrum men med ett hölje som har en utdragbar soffa i queen size och sover 6. Fastighet 7405682.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. It is immaculately maintained, spotlessly clean and has every need covered.The pool is especially lovely and certainly big enough for our family. It’s also cleaned on a weekly basis which ensured it was always perfect for our vacation.We especially loved the selection of bicycles. Naples is extremely bike friendly. There are a number of restaurants and shops within riding distance from the home and we therefore used the these regularly. Carina is a host owner, but extremely professional in her communication. To summarise, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home to anyone who considering it.

Another fabulous stay

This is our second time staying in this home and we will definitely be back. There is everything you could ever want in the property and more and the owner could not have been any more helpful. We had a slight hiccup at check in but it was rectified very quickly. We will definitely be back.

Fall Get Away

This is our 2nd time to stay at the property, and we were pleased just as much the 2nd time as the first. Carina was very pleasant and easy to work with! Beautiful house

This was our second stay at Lola’s Cottage. We love the house! We almost didn’t come because of the hurricane but we were able to make it for most our planned visit. Carinna was super helpful, communicating updates regularly and being flexible on our stay. The house is squeaky clean and the kitchen is outfitted well. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed going to the beach. There is parking at Vanderbilt Beach if you don’t feel like walking or biking. We highly recommend this rental!

Merveilleux endroit!

Très spacieux, nous avons séjourné 3 semaines, dans cette belle mais on. Tous les accessoires de maison et de plage étaient de belle qualité. La plage a 5 minutes en voiture était parfaite. Il faisait bon revenir à la maison en fin de journée pour profiter de la merveilleuse piscine. Nous avons apprécié la maison soit localisée dans un beau quartier tranquille et près des services. Nous avons eu de merveilleuses vacances et recommandons cette endroit. Carina l’hôte était proactive et charmante. Merci ++

Just perfect!

The property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful house, amazing pool, and absolutely spotless upon check in. This is by far the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. There’s tons of kid friendly items in the house- even a changing pad. Communication with host was fantastic and prompt. This is the first time renting a house without a cage around the pool and the only downside, which obviously can’t be controlled, were the tons of mosquitos. There was bug spray in house so we didn’t even have to go purchase that. We would love to rent this house again upon returning to Naples!

Great location

Was an overall fantastic place to stay. Would have been nice to have complimentary laundry detergent and toiletries like most other places we’ve stayed. And no welcoming snacks or anything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet for the most part.

Great Place Close to the Beach!

This was a wonderful place to stay- close to the beach. The property included bikes which helped get to the beach without having to deal with parking a car. The pool and hot tub were great to have right out back and it was very private! Kitchen was fully equipped. The A/C had an issue during our stay and the owner took care of it immediately. There are endless nearby options for food and shopping. Would highly recommend!

No sleep

The Matresses were hard as concret- I literally got no sleep and pillows were cheap sooo soft they made your head just sink in..no comfort at all...I had to sleep on couch..other than that it was ok

Beautiful cottage and furnishings.

When we first walked into this home we were struck by how lovely and spacious it was throughout. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and it was comfortable to cook in. And, then there were the fabulous salt water pool and hot and hottub and the elegant and outdoor chairs and tables. This overall the loveliest VRBO vacation we have had.

Best vrbo beach experience ever.

Everything you could wish for was provided both for the beach as well as indoors. Kitchen glasses,dishes, pots and pans and all accessories extensive. Home was spotless, pool maintenance excellent. The most complete and satisfying vrbo experience we have ever had. Fulfilled our every wish for a close to the beach experience in Naples.

Perfect location, beautiful home, and plentiful amenities.

There was excellent communication before hand and during our two week stay. No concerns about forgetting keys or being locked out with efficient key pads and interior locks. Our living space was open, airy, and easy to keep clean. Lots of cooking utensils, a large fridge, and a huge island made food prep and dining in enjoyable. We rode well maintained bicycles every day. The salt water pool was refreshing and the hot tub was very relaxing. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Refreshing Retreat

Felt at home in the comfortable surroundings. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by us everyday. Once we learned how to get from here to there, it was convenient to get around the area. Day trips to surrounding beaches and natural areas like Corkscrew were highlights.

Great Month

We stayed at this property for the entire month of February. The house is as advertised. Everything you need for a wonderful family vacation is there. The pool and spa were fantastic and everyone from our three-year-old grandchild to grandma spent countless hours enjoying them. The beautiful Vanderbilt beach is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride from the house. The sunsets here are fantastic. The owner of the house is extremely responsive and prompt to any questions you might have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Another great stay at Lola's Cottage

This was our second time staying at Lola's Cottage and we were just as happy as the first time. The house is very comfortable and nicely appointed with a great heated pool and hot tub. The location is ideal - kind of in the middle of everything, with great restaurants and shopping nearby and downtown Naples close enough to take advantage of, with its many restaurant options. It's between two public beaches (easy to bike or walk to). Carina is very responsive if you ever have any questions or issues and Sara (the property manager) is as well. We had our 5 month old grandchild visit for a week and the house has a pack and play, high chair and changing pad, which really made it easy for our kids. One of the bedrooms has a desk which our children used as well while working remotely.

Naples Holiday

Great stay beautiful home all the room our family of 4 needed to relax for our week stay and very clean .We loved the location and the wonderful outdoor space and pool and hot tub . We enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs . Everything we needed for our week long stay in Naples . Carina the hosts was great answering our questions and the property manager was wonderful when we had a question about the hot tub . A great spot we highly recommend .

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay. Host was easily accessible and very responsive. We only needed her once during our stay and she promptly helped! Pool/hot tub was great and very clean, rooms were immaculate. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
