Overall the stay was really good. The location to the lifts was very accurate and easy! The condo was small but just as described so we anticipated that and it was myself and my husband only so it worked. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the first night we didn't have heat or a fire place that was working. We had to call the after hours emergency line and they got some heat so we weren't freezing. They came out the next day for the fire place but by that night it was broke again. The pilot light would not stay on therefore the fireplace would not turn on. So the place was cold again. The maritenance man showed us how to turn the pilot light back on. So the rest of the trip we had to turn it on ourselves to have heat.. they had to order a part to fix it so it was not here during our stay.

Location great, sleeping conditions bad

This could have been a 5-star rating because the location was great, and the rooms were well kept, but I had the worst sleep on vacation. The heaters didn't work which the facilities team resolved with portable heaters but I had to listen to the heaters running the entire stay. Not only did the heaters keep me awake but there sounds of knocking and tapping kept me awake most of the night every night. It was kind of exhausting. Also, a stranger entered the room but luckily I was there. Vacations are supposed to be relaxing but I just couldn't relax in this place.

Great Location!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to downtown as well as being able to ski in and out from Peak 9.The condo itself served our needs perfectly. Our only issue was that the pilot light did not stay lit and therefore we were unable to utilize the ambiance of the fireplace. The property management team was quick to send mainentence to attempt to fix, however it went out again shortly after. All that aside, would book again.

Spring Ski Trip

Great location

We had a great stay. It was a convenient location to walk to town and the slopes! The heater was out for 2 days, and the maintenance guy came in multiple times to start the fireplace. The property manager was great and very responsive when we couldn't figure out the heat. It just so happened to be one of the coldest weeks in Colorado!

Great location for skiing

This unit has been updated. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the new shower is very nice. Key pickup/drop off is at a convenient location next to the gondola parking lot. I’ll be happy to stay here again on another ski trip.

Great location, good room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always have a great time at Trails End. This condo is in good condition, and the sleeper sofa was new and slept well. (Important when having a teenage kid using it). Building outdoor hot tub was not heating, but the indoor one was very hot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Trails End Unit 219 between 1/22-1/29 2022. It's ski in/out for sure. Ski In almost all the way to the back door, Ski out is a 100' or so walk to ski down to lift. Easy access to town and base amenities.Typical ski condo from our experience, everything you need for a long stay. Bathroom was updated and nice -- great water pressure and heat.Only ding is confusing heat instruction. Two thermostats and various placards telling you what to do. Believe the fireplace gas was turned off, but you could crank baseboard heat.Great value, similar unit up at Beaver Run was about $1000 more.I'd rent it again for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had torn and tattered furniture and bed was very uncomfortable. Property management did not even tell us the furniture had tears in the cushions. Fireplace which heats the unit went out EVERY day and I had to call for service. Unit was in a nice location and had well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was nice as well as location.

Awesome stay and great location.

Condo/building is literally seconds from the Quicksilver Chair lift and a few more steps to the Beaver Run Chair lift. Ski storage room is on the 1st floor, and you walk out the back door by the spa/hot tub and onto the snow to ski right up to the Quicksilver Chair lift. Room was clean and neat, very comfortable and a great location and easy walk to downtown Breck. I will definitely be staying here again next year. Thank you!!!!!!
