Tucked away in a quiet rustic area, this private 2-bedroom walk-out suite offers a peaceful escape right in the heart of Colorado Springs. Enjoy your own entrance, full bath, cozy living area, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Though it feels secluded, youâre just minutes from Powers, Academy, downtown, military bases, and parks. A rare blend of privacy, comfort, and unbeatable location.

Each bedroom offers a peaceful space to rest, featuring a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair for remote work or journaling, and a closet for storage. Designed for both relaxation and function.

Relax in a cozy, private living space with a sofa bed and a TV equipped with Roku and local channels. The attached dining/game area offers a great space for meals, puzzles, or cards.
Kitchenette
Perfect for light cooking or extended stays, the kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials: plates, mugs, utensils, cookware, and complimentary K-cups and bottled water.
Bathroom
Enjoy a private full bathroom stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and iron/ironing board for your convenience.
Outdoor Access & Neighborhood
Guests are welcome to stroll along the quiet neighborhood road and enjoy the front yard. The backyard is not accessible as it borders private neighboring properties. For outdoor adventures, Rock Island Trail is just a 1-minute drive away and offers scenic walking and biking options.
