I love staying here! Sitting on the patio, watching the waves, and so many good restaurants in walking distance. The rental is comfortable and cozy and conveniently located. We'll be back!

The property is good, but what really makes this place special are the location and views. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach at night, the fresh cool ocean air. It was perfect.

The location, view and access to the beach were incredible, truly one of a kind. Interior was basic with regard to design and quality but was clean and in good condition, functionally adequate and really it's not about being inside except to rest and and dress for our outtings. We had a plumbing issue that kept us out of the house for half the day. While inconvenient, this stuff happens. What shouldn’t be acceptable is the poor communication with the management company who won’t return calls, even from the emergency line. They comped us 100 for missing most of the day and having to check in late. Not adequate for the overall bummer of an experience. The location is great though.

Here’s a clear, professional response you can post publicly: ⸻ Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important details to ensure an accurate account of your stay. There was no plumbing issue that prevented use of the home. During your stay, the bathtub drain became clogged. This did not impact the overall functionality of the unit. We promptly scheduled a licensed plumber, who addressed the issue the following morning. Our team proactively communicated with you at 7:00 AM—prior to standard business hours—to confirm that a plumber had been dispatched. At no point were you required to vacate or avoid using the property. While this was an unexpected maintenance issue and outside of our control, we still provided a $100 courtesy credit for the inconvenience, and ensured it was resolved as quickly as possible. We strive to be responsive and transparent with all guests, and we regret that your experience did not meet expectations.
