Huset ligger i en historisk bostadsområde omgiven av söta hem som den här som är registrerade som historiska hem av staden Anaheim. Det är gångavstånd till det roliga och livliga centrum Anaheim området nära City Hall med massor av saker för familjer och hipsters att utforska. Det centrala området inkluderar Center Street Promenade nära Museo Museum och förpacknings-distriktet som har Packard Building och nyöppnade och all-the-rage-of-OC Packing House. Missa inte detta! Alla dessa platser är laddade med restauranger, shopping, glassbarer, barer juice och en skridskobana. Massor av platser för familjer att umgås. Excellent place to stay to enjoy Anaheim

The house was lovely, very large and clean for us when we arrived. There is ample parking outside or you can use the back yard if you prefer. The location is excellent only a short drive to Disney and there are many shops and restaurants including the packing district within easy walking distance.

Perfect Family House

We had a great stay at this Anaheim home! There was plenty of space for our family of five, and the layout was perfect for relaxing after long days at Disneyland. The big couch was super comfy, and all the beds were comfortable too — we all slept really well. The house was very clean and had a nice kitchen, which made meals easy when we didn’t want to eat out.It’s just a short drive to Disneyland, which was a huge plus. It’s also a short walk to the Anaheim Packing District, which had tons of great food and drink options.The host was fantastic — very responsive and accommodating. We noticed a crack in the coffee pot on our first morning, and the host immediately ordered a brand new coffee maker for us. That level of service really stood out.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay in the Anaheim area!

Family Disneyland stay

Great place to stay for kids. Loved the garage access with 5 little ones. The park across the way was nice. Had everything we didnt even know we needed. Street was busy with noise till about 930 to 10pm but was alway brief.

Disneyland Trip

This place was fantastic! Could not be happier with our choice to stay here for our Disneyland trip! The home is a beautiful historic home, on a very cute street with a beautiful park right across the street. We did two days at Disneyland and it was a 10 minute car ride to the park, incredibly convenient. The house was very clean and cozy, as well as spacious. My favorite part was the Packing District that Robert the host recommended! We walked there the first night and it was amazing! Would love to go back just to spend time in this cute little Anaheim neighborhood!

Great place for our family of 5

This was a great home base for us as we spent time exploring what the area has to offer. Groceries are super close (sign up for a Vons card from your phone beforehand). Plenty of good restaurants - we enjoyed Panini Kabob Grill. Walking distance to many different places like the Packing House and Center Street. Central to various places like Disney, the beach, and even up to Hollywood. The place was great - plenty of space, all the kitchen stuff we needed, and very comfortable.

Comfortable and Clean

This historic house was just perfect for our stay in Anaheim. It was clean with lots of room for our group. The beds were comfy and amenities as described. Having a garage to park in was a huge bonus for us, as was the fully supplied kitchen. The front bedroom was a little noisy with street noise-you might want to bring earplugs or a noise machine if that bothers you, and the curtains do let in light!

Charming house with fabulous location

This house was perfect for our family of five! There was lots of space to cook meals, relax, and play games when we were there. When we were tired after a day at Disneyland, it was super convenient to be just a few minutes away. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the Packing District for meals and as well as grocery stores close by. We hope to stay there again sometime!

PERFECT

My family and I absolutely loved this home! Everything was perfect, rooms, kitchen even down to the huge washer and dryer in garage. We had 11 people and all were very comfortable. Thanks Robert for making us feel welcome, we will be back.

Fabulous house to stay in. Just minutes from Disney. Can see the fireworks every night from the window. Everything is included. Extremely clean. Only complaint is the house is close to where emergency vehicles leave with sirens but that's no fault of the owner. Highly recommend. A+++++++.

Best. Rental. EVER.

Even though this was a new listing, I'm glad I didn't let that prevent me from booking. This house is fantastic! Everything is just as described and pictured. Robert was very responsive and helpful as well. If you're traveling with kids, I'd highly recommend this house as it has several items just for them. The property was VERY clean and inviting and close to everything you might need. We were very sad to have to leave this place and hope to return again soon!

Clean, historic property

The house was spotless with a well stocked kitchen and clean and comfortable linens and towels. Be aware that the house sits on a busy corner so you get some traffic noise but it’s not anything you can’t drown out with a fan. The only thing I would suggest is a couple full length mirrors in the bedrooms. . The mirrors in the bathrooms are very small with limited counter space and my teenage daughters struggled with getting ready with no mirrors. 😂 overall, great stay!

You are going to love this place

This place was amazing. We traveled with a large family, 5 adults, 2 children. This house had plenty of room for all us. We stayed 3 nights for our Disneyland trip. The Uber ride from John Wayne took about 30 minutes ($45) and about 15 mins ($15) to Disneyland. The house is on a corner of a busy street, but that did not bother me. Two other adults said the road noise was loud so you many want to bring earplugs. I slept right through. The beds are comfortable, the house is super clean, and the space can't be beat. The host communicated with us, even letting us know we could check in early if we wanted. There are extra strollers, booster seats, and outdoor sport balls. We walked to a nearby Vons for some groceries, walked to the Packing House for dinner, and found the neighborhood to be safe and so adorable. We all had a blast and would stay here again.

Quaint CLEAN home

First of all, this is the cutest and CLEANEST home! It also has all of the amenities you need (extra soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, hair dryers, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc). It was so nice to have a washer/dryer and the garage was a must have! It was a safe, quaint area so no need to worry about kids playing outside in the cutest fenced in yard. The only complaint we all had was the noise of the streets outside. This house is situated on a corner of two constantly used streets so cars were LOUD! The fire dept was also just down the street so that added to the noise. That being said, there were box fans in the house. We took those fans, turned them on and they perfectly drowned out the noise. Even knowing that there was noise, we would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great kid friendly rental with all the extras parents like too!

We are so happy with our stay at this house! We were blown away by the all the thought that went into this home and making it comfortable for anyone renting. We were two small families traveling with four children ranging from infant - 4 years and also had some teens for a night. Everyone was comfortable! The pictures do not do this property justice on the size. The parent rooms have ample space for pack n' play for the kiddos who need to be near mom and dad and the play space in the kid room is sufficient as well. The kids really enjoyed being in front of the bay window watching the traffic and the fireworks were also visible on the nights Mickey decided to shoot them off :). The owner really thought of everything in regards to conveniences for the little ones - there were two high chairs, two strollers, two pack n' plays, toys and board games for all ages, toddler bowls, plates and silverware. The backyard has a small patch of grass with clementine trees that were bearing fresh fruit during our stay. SOOOO good! This was obviously recently remodeled and the shower head in the master bathroom was amazing for parents after a long day carting kids around. The parents felt like we were in a nice modern setting and the decorative touches are elegant but we also didn't fear the kids being themselves. I put away a couple of decorations we didn't want the littlest kids getting but aside from that we had no fears over the kids running around. Everything was so wonderful in that regard! The back yard has a patio area with ample seating. The front porch was great for spending time together and has more space for the kids to run with the front yard also fully fenced. The washer and dryer are HUGE and we were not unhappy with any of the appliances. We stayed for just shy of a week and found ample storage for our food and belongings. The owner was fantastic and responded very quickly anytime we contacted him with questions. We will definitely be seeking out this property again for future visits, if it's available :), we already see dates filling up fast! Oh, and for the teens there is a skate park right across the street and the owner has a ping pong table in the garage.

great stay

i absolutely loved the house and the design. i enjoyed everything about it, the host was easy to contact and replied promptly and politely. there weren’t any too crazy rules, everything understandable. the only complaint would be the long wait for the access code and wi-fi information. the app explains that we would get the information the morning of our stay but I had to message the host a few hours prior to arriving for the information. other than that, great!

This property is 100+ years old and registered with the city of Anaheim as a Qualified Historic Structure and has been preserved as such. The city awarded the house a plaque proclaiming its historical significance which you can read on the entrance to the home. However, the entire house has been completely remodeled with new appliance, new electrical, and copper plumbing. This house is in the historic section of Anaheim and the neighborhood feels like a vibrant city and you can walk to restaurants, shops, Anaheim Ice skating rink (where the Anaheim Ducks practice and you can too! The building was designed by Frank Gehry so it's worth a look even if you don't skate), and Muzeo Museum within walking distance. The home is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 9 people so it is perfect for one large extended family or two small families. There is a private parking garage and an extra parking space. The back yard features a private patio space. 9 people can sit at the dining room table at one time. The house is within 3 miles to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and the Honda Center. The house is situated within 3 miles of the major freeways: 5, 22, 57, and 91. This is the property to choose if you are coming from out of town and want the total So Cal experience. Why not stay in an original historic California Bungalow and feel and experience the wonderful city of Anaheim. The home is also an excellent choice if you are a local and you want a head start on getting to Disneyland and a close place to retire at the end of the night.

Anaheim features not only the obvious Disneyland, but it also hosts the Los Angeles/California Angels and the Anaheim Ducks. This is one of the few properties from which you can walk to the Packing House which is a very trendy place to hang out with many places to eat. It is very popular and hard to find parking. No problem. You can walk to it from the house. Anaheim, unlike any other city in So Cal, FEELS LIKE A REAL CITY!!!
