Jag har försökt att göra denna lÀgenhet lika bekvÀm som ditt eget hem bara pÄ stranden. Denna enhet har tvÄ sovrum och tvÄ badrum. Det rymmer sex personer med en king size-sÀng och tvÄ dubbelsÀngar. Det finns gott om garderob och byrÄutrymme, ett fullt utrustat kök, fÀrg-TV: er, videobandspelare och / eller DVD och direkttelefoner. Du kommer att njuta av en privat balkong, stort vardagsrum och matplats. VÄrt ledningskontor Àr pÄ plats för din hjÀlp och för att ge besökare information. Incheckning efter timmar finns tillgÀnglig. Siesta-stranden Àr internationellt erkÀnd för sin fina pulverformiga vita sand - cool att gÄ pÄ Àven i sommarvÀrmen! Loungestolar tillhandahÄlls endast för gÀster. Stranden har en gated ingÄng. Sea Shell condo siesta Key review

My family had a great stay. The check-in was smooth and the condo met all of our expectations. The covered parking spot was an bonus especially with how hot it was during the day. We loved the short walks to the beach and the close proximity of a grocery store, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops across the street.

Great location nice unit. Good updates. Easy check in and Maria was super great with communication! Definitely would stay again! Rent umbrellas from Sammy’s beach bums to get some shade on the fabulous beach that’s steps away fun karaoke just across the street!

Well worth the stay!

The unit is located seconds away from the silver sand beach and close to necessary places to dine and shop. A fantastic place to stay with a family and I would recommend this to anyone looking for sun, fun, and relaxation.

Nice property. Great location.

My family came down for a quick spring break vacation. Property is clean and in a great location. Beach access is fantastic. A little trouble with the checkin process but the owner and property manager handled promptly. Would definitely stay again

Crescent beach vacation

We were a short 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! Easy access with little children to walk back for drinks/food/naps. The condo was just as pictured! Maria was super responsive and supplied great information about the surrounding area. If we ever make a trip back down we will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location, Nice Condo, Great owner/manager communication

We enjoyed our week in Siesta Key. Sea Shell was in a great location. The condo unit #104 was in great condition. It was nicely updated and well equipped. The beach was close and nearby restaurants were very convenient. We would have preferred a better view of the ocean, but we knew we didn't have that when we reserved it. Maria was a great host owner.

Lovely unit

Really enjoyed a few days at this lovely unit with my wife, daughter, son in law and 7 month old granddaughter. The condo is located yards from the beautiful gated beach. It is a short walk to dining, ice cream and music. The condo itself is clean and comfortable with a coffee maker and very nice bedrooms. I would go there again.

Great rental, fantastic location and even better owner!

This lovely unit is just steps off the sugar-white sands of Siesta Key and is in a premier South Village location, right across the street from a grocery and Captain Curt's, home to the country's best clam chowder and quite possibly the world's most entertaining Karaoke Fri-Sun eves. Maria, the owner, is quite accommodating and has really gone out of her way to create a warm and comfortable environment, furnished with everything her guests could need. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. We will be back for sure!

First VRBO stay and it was wonderful.

This was a great place for us to stay. The condo was much larger than I had thought it would be. It was right on the beach which is what we wanted as we like to walk the beach every morning when we get up. Everything was very well stocked. The bed was very comfortable!! Communication with Maria was excellent. She was very quick in getting back to us with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

This condo is very nice! They thought of everything. The beds are comfortable. You have everything that you could think of in the kitchen. The beach toys were a very nice touch. The owner was super responsive. Paula in the office was very helpful. The beach is the absolute best!! Loved it!

Loved this unit! Owner has given attention to detail. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Outdoor storage bin a plus. Love that we could walk from unit to beach and leave our flip flops behind!! Laundry facility very clean and new.

Spotless condo

This is a little late we stayed here a few months ago but I wanted to come back and say how clean it was. In fact, it was probably the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable apartment with everything you could need, and the owner was very accessible, although we never needed to bother her. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the pool was very small and was cloudy. Lots of kids in it.

The Powells from Kentucky

The condo was well represented. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and numerous kitchen gadgets. The tv channel package was more than expected, premium channels. Most condos only have a basic package. The location is great. Wonderful resturant across the street, small grocery. We loved the area and cannot wait to return. The Powells from Kentucky

This is the second time we have stayed in unit 104 at Sea Shell. It is a very nice unit, conveniently located on the first floor. It has plenty of room for a family. The amenities are plentiful! They have a storage unit by their parking spot full of beach toys and other beach items so you don’t really have to bring anything. Definitely check it out before you buy anything. Sea Shell is right across the street from a small grocery store and several great restaurants. The location is perfect. The beach access is perfect and the private portion of beach is very nice. The pool is nicely heated and very close to the restaurants so a parent can walk across the street to grab lunch for the group. The laundry is community and coin operated so we didn’t use that. All in all, we can’t wait to come back next year!

The beach is unbelievable and the sunsets are spectacular. I love sitting on my private balcony listening to the ocean. This condo is within walking distance to everything you need.
