Helt renoverat år 2007, är lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett gammalt hus och har sin egen ingång. Den rymmer upp till 8 personer. Det sprider sig över ett område på 126 kvadratmeter och består av ett stort vardagsrum med två soffor, TV och DVD-spelare, tre sovrum (ett med dubbelsäng, ett med två enkelsängar, ett rum i anslutning till vardagsrummet med bäddsoffa två personer 160 x 200 cm), två badrum (ett med badkar och ett med dusch), ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och ugn och en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Exceeded All Expectations

Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Exactly perfect for 5 nights for 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. We hated to leave. Paola was a wonderful host and we used her recommendations for ristorantes and found them spot on. An exceptional property and host.

Great Apartment in Venice

Paola was a great host. The apartment was fantastic. Great location and 2 minute walk from Saint Marks square. Although she was on vacation, she had a friend welcome us to the apartment. Great communication. The bonus was Paola arranged for a water taxi to her apartment and a taxi to the airport and.

Amazing Apartment

Paola’s communication was outstanding and made our trip seamless. Her property was in a great location, with easy access to all our family needed. The kitchen was well stocked and were above expectations, as cooking utensils, basic spices, and even coffee were provided. The bathrooms had toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. The laundry area had detergent and softener, making washing clothes easy. Paola met with us upon arrival, explained how to use everything in the apartment, and was quick to respond when we asked for help with shopping for a specific item.It was a a perfect start to our vacation in Italy.

We loved this place!

I have nothing bad to say, the check in was easy, the check out was easy, the location is amazing. The beds are comfortable! Paola was super helpful and also helped us with water taxi arrangements when we left. This was very useful and made everything easy. Lots of space, we stayed as a family of 6 and had a great time. Washer and dryer worked great as well which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient and close to San Marco. Lovely apartment with water taxi landing just steps from the front door. Paola organized private water taxis to take us to the apartment and to the Venice airport.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Venice. The apartment is a perfect location, so close to all the major sites. Paola is very helpful and communicates quickly. You can watch the gondola’s float by from the kitchen and a bedroom window and the beds!!! The most comfortable beds we stayed in our entire trip to Italy. I highly recommend this apartment

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!

My husband and 2 young adult sons and I stayed here for 3 nights early June. Pictures do not do this justice...perfect 3 bed/2 bath apt with everything you need (washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, etc). Beautiful views of the canal right outside the kitchen window and only 5 min walk to San Marco square but QUIET and best yet...air conditioning!! Thanks Paola for a great experience (disappointed that you were out of town) but your friend Rosanna took great care of us and lovely housekeeper Lydmilla showed us everything in the apartment, where to find grocery, restaurants and left the apt spotless...can't wait to come back to stay at this gem!!

Amazing

Paola our host was great. She went above and beyond what was expected. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need. Including several different types of coffee machines, a kettle and teapot and soda stream. The apartment was immaculately clean . All amenities were supplied. The location was central to so many attractions in the area. If you are looking for superior accommodation in Venice..this is the place. No hesitation would return in a heartbeat. What a great experience.. Thanks.

A gem in a beautiful quiet neighborhood

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our host communicated and helped us throughout our visit. Check in was easy, but despite Paola's excellent directions, the water taxi from the airport did not drop us at the right place. She had explained Google maps was not helpful but we were able to find the apartment by using Apple Maps. We were able to store our luggage and just explore until it was time to check in. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms (and the AC!) Were very welcomed by my grown sons and my husband. There was room to spread out for my family of five and the views from the windows were beautiful. When our boat tour suddenly cancelled, our hostess offered us several other boating options even though this was no fault of hers! There were guidebooks, maps and restaurant suggestions at the apartment. When it came time to leave she even booked a taxi for us back to the airport. That one picked us up (on time!) where we should have been dropped off to start with. It was literally outside our door. A fabulous end to a fabulous stay!

Perfect host and location

Our family of six stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 nights and could not recommend it more. The location was central to all we wanted to see in Venice, yet it was very quiet and peaceful. Paola was a fantastic hostess! She communicated with me often and answered my many questions quickly. She met us at the water bus station when we arrived and guided us to the property. She sat with us and showed us on a map every possible thing we could need during our stay. The apartment is very spacious and clean. We were very comfortable here. One of the best perks is that Paola's husband owns a fabulous restaurant, Da Raffaele in Fondamenta delle Ostreghe. We had an amazing meal here and had the best seats on the canal. It was our favorite night of the trip. You can certainly feel confident in booking this apartment for your stay in Venice!!

Great stay right in the heart of Venice

Really enjoyed our wonderful stay at this flat, right near St. Marks square in Venice. The host was fanastic! She helped us arrange water taxi service from the train station on arrival, and an early morning departure to the airport. The water taxi literally takes to the doorstep of this rental. It's unbelievable. She also arranged dinner for us at a nearby locale that was fantastic. You are just steps from St. Marks, minutes from more cafes and restaruants than you can shake a stick at, and 5-10 min walk from the major bridges and the rest of Venice. The flat itself was fantastic, 3 large bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows. We stayed in March, so no need for heat or AC - but both looked great. Lots of windows (limited views) so great ventilation. Bathrooms were pristine and stocked. Kitchen had everything, although we ate out all the time because the food is so good. Stayed with family (wife + 2 teenagers in their own rooms). Would 100% stay again. Thanks for the memories!

Perfection!

We spent a week in this splendid apartment. Perfection! Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable, well-located. The building is just off a small canal in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room and rooms. Tasteful furniture, neither antique Venetian nor Ikea-like; the pictures are accurate. Beds are fine, living room furniture inviting, nothing is missing by way of equipment. Basics like salt, olive oil, coffee present in abundance. (Well equipped kitchen; upon our exotic request for a truffle slicer, one was provided within hours.) Communication with Paola the owner was smooth and beyond helpful. The restaurant suggestions were spot on- don’t miss out the nearest to the apartment, Osteria Enoteca de San Marco. Quiet, gondolas gliding past the kitchen window, yet near to the bustle of San Marco. For us, an ideal location. Paola left for her own travels after our arrival but left us in the capable hands of Rosaria. She proved a responsive crisis manager when we stupidly locked ourselves out. (Hint, at the external door, lock the waist-high lock only, avoid using the higher one.) The apartment exceeded all my expectations. Do not think twice; this is the place to stay in Venice. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Exceptional Space Positioned Perfectly in Venice

Family of four - My wife and I plus two teen aged children found the space to accommodate our needs well. My wife and I have been to Venice before but were taking our children for the first time. We wanted to make sure the space was comfortable and most importantly located in a great location to walk to key places. Paola's space did not disappoint! The location is incredible - starting with a perfect drop off / pick up spot so you don't have to walk your bags all over, steps away from Piazza San Marco and just in the other direction Ponte di Rialto. Once back in the space after a long day of touring or for a quick break, you can't believe how quiet and comfortable it is. Our family of four were not at all congested and even felt spacious. Everything is updated and very well done. There is nothing I would have asked to be adjusted or added. Great recommendations for places to eat. I can't stress that the suggestions given were NOT your typically pasta and pizza (even though that is great). Paola gave us some truly quality locations all over Venice that added so much to the experience. For my wife and I, we were very focused on the history and art of Venice for our children. When we asked for a reference for a guide, Paola suggested we reach out to Luigina Romor. I cannot stress this enough - Luigina was incredible. Her knowledge of Venice - the history, the different areas, and the manner in which she discussed it all with you - was more like spending time with a wise friend rather than a 'tour guide'. Spectacular. If you are going to Venice - stop looking. This is it - connect with Paola for an amazing stay and overall experience. Thank you so much Paola for a truly amazing stay.

My name is Paola and I have been living here in Venice since 1983, when I arrived from Rome to reach my mother, Filippa, who had moved because of her job. Here I attended high school and college, graduating in History of Art. I was immediately fallen in love with Venice and so I decided to live here even after the end of my studies. that's why I am still here and I'm always confident and happy with my choice!

The apartment belonged to my mother who bought it in 2005 because it was a few steps from the house where I live today with my husband Renato. I am very attached to this apartment and the San Marco area where I spent the years of my youth happy and carefree. Despite the inevitable and continuous transformations, the area of San Marco with its beautiful square, its museums and its ancient monuments preserves the infinite charm of a unique city.

The strengths of the apartment are to be found in the center position, the layout of the rooms (the 3 bedrooms are not neighbors in order to guarantee a good privacy to all guests) and size (126 square feet), making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends. From the windows of the kitchen and the master bedroom you can stop to observe the slow passage of gondolas on the canal of San Moisé.
