The house is perfectly located about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland, with a lot of great restaurants and a grocery store within easy driving distance. It is showing its age a bit, however; the AC doesnât really penetrate the whole house. The upstairs bedrooms and the living room/kitchen downstairs get plenty cool, but the three downstairs bedrooms struggle to cool off at night, and there was no AC in the game room (converted garage) at all.One other issue is the step down from the upstairs landing into the living area. Or, more accurately, the fact that you canât see that itâs a step, as you can tell from the attached picture. Three of the adults and one child staying with us slipped and fell off that step, because it was impossible to make a visual distinction between the step and the floor as youâre going to the living room from the garage or upstairs. The pool alarm was another source of fun. There were instructions on how to use it, but the button to override it on the inside was so worn down from use that it was hard to find on the alarm unit using the given instructions. There was also no inside separation of recycling vs. garbage, so it was hard to handle that during the week we were there.When you add to all that the bewildering multi-page instruction manual for how to do literally every single thing that happens in the house, and the massive hotel-style posters illustrating the house rules in the living room, the house felt a lot more like work at times than
