We stayed here with a multigenerational family of 10. Everyone agreed the house was perfect. We requested an early check in due to our flight arrival and Alan immediately accommodated. Check in was seamless. The house had everything we could ask for and more. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The kids loved their bedrooms and the pool was an immediate hit. Alan contacted us shortly after we arrived and walked us thru a few things and assured us if we needed anything to call him. There was everything we needed for every meal and the bbq was well used. I would recommend this house to anyone 

it was very clean and the host has honestly thought of everything. We drove to Disneyland everyday because we had younger children, but it was a quick, short drive. I honestly believe staying in this house added to our amazing family vacation.

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The home is very spacious, modern, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. It is bright, airy, and easily accommodating for three families of four people. We were able to utilize all of its amenities including the nicely appointed kitchen, cool air conditioning, long swimming pool, hot tub, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, 5 TVs, fast wifi, outdoor grill, and laundry / game room. The location is on a quiet street but close to everything. There is ample parking on the driveways in front and back of the house. The host Alan is very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely perfect for families

Even if everyone in the family wants their own bedroom. This is so close to Disneyland which was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were plenty. If you have small children, I did notice there are strollers and pack away crib type things in the house as well. We will book again the next time we go to Disneyland

Wonderful home with space for everyone. Loved that there was plenty of parking too! Beds were comfortable and the pool was wonderful to have. Great neighborhood and close to Disneyland, freeway and airport. Will definitely stay again.!

Perfect house for family of 11

2 large tables, one for eating and one for "puzzling" was great. The pool and hot tub made it so fun, for the children especially. The only thing I would add is memory foam toppers for the beds, they were hard. Close proximity to Disneyland was fantastic. Thanks for the stay !

Great place with plenty of space

The house was very clean in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of off street parking which worked great as we had several vehicles with family members meeting in the area. The host was quick to take care of any concerns and communication was great. I highly recommend staying here especially for large number of guests. The pool and hot tub are very nice with plenty of outdoor space.

Granddaughters first trip to Disneyland!

This home and the host’s hospitality cannot be beat. Magical time at Disneyland with the whole family then back home for more family fun including watching the fireworks from the hot tub and pool. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Perfect Disney vacation

This large house was perfect for our multi-generational trip to Disney. Plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable including great mattresses to collapse upon after a full day at the park. Pool, hot tub, ping pong and billiards, plenty for all to play. Character themed kids rooms are so adorable. Would definitely recommend for any large group.

Disney dream house

There were 13 of us staying at this property. It was Amazing! The pool and hot tub were a Huge hit with the grandkids and adults. The house is spacious and functions well for a large group. Alan addressed any issue quickly and efficiently. Can not say enough good things about this experience!

Close to fun!

Tidy, big home. Great communication from landlord. We did not spend much time there or even swim unfortunately we were in Disneyland all day!! Nice place and nice owner who was helpful. Made great memories.

Perfect home for large family!

This house had loads of space for our family of 9. Private grandma / grandpa space a bit separated from the rest of the bedrooms. Plenty of seating for everyone to eat together. Beds were comfortable. Great play space outside and in garage. $6 Lyft to Disney. Friendly and helpful owner!

Great house

Very nice house, had our adult kids and spouses and 4 grandchildren, 10 in all. Lots of room 2 big dining tables but only needed one. Big feature for us was the pool and hot tub, after walking all day at Disney, soaking feet on hot tub was a treat. Had a barbecue one night on large outdoor grill. Nice fridge and gas stove. Ping pong for the kids. Very happy

Simply the best

Fantastic property with everything you could need and literally down the road from Disney. I walked to the park entrance in less than 25 minutes but most days we took a 5 minute Uber and meant we could in and out of the parks and enjoy a break back at the house which included a superb pool and spa, warm and enormous and rated by all the family as the best ever in LA. A special call out to Alan who checked in regularly to make sure all was going ok and was adamant we should contact him at any time if any issues at all. On the third evening, a Saturday night, the spa stopped heating so we texted Alan and he was true to his word and the pool guy was there first thing the next morning so an immediate response and it all worked perfectly for the rest of our holiday. Overall a fantastic property and great value for the area when you allow for the location and facilities and passes that key test, we would definitely return!

Great property -- less than a one mile walk to the Disneyland tram

Our favorite things about this property: 1. Working with Alan -- he was an absolute pleasure, and very prompt/responsive. We like more privacy than your average family, and he was happy to give it to us. I felt he would be just as happy to stop by to share all there is to share about the property and area. Thanks! 2. Distance to Disneyland -- The property was about a 15 minute walk along wide sidewalks to "Disneyland's Mickey & Friend's Parking Structure". It is here where you hop a tram (or walk another half mile) straight to Disneyland entrance. The location is a real plus for families with young children that may like to come "home" from Disney for a nap before heading back to explore some more. 3. Pool and Backyard -- Huge, heated pool and jacuzzi with direct, unobstructed views of nightly Disneyland fireworks. Huge yard and patio for playing/entertaining. Great gas grill/outdoor kitchen that we used daily. 4. House -- Huge. Clean. Well-equipped, kitchen. Good layout for multiple families.

Nice, spacious, and within walking distance to Disneyland

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 10 of us staying at this property, but there was plenty of room for more. The home was very spacious. The house was clean and well stocked . We arrived by plane at 1030 in the morning, well before check in time. Alan allowed us to leave our bags in the garage, so we were able to head straight to Downtown Disney. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Disney. At the end of each day, we spent time in the hot tub relaxing, while the kids enjoyed the large pool. We could see the fireworks from the pool area, which began at 930PM each night. After the fireworks we went back in the house and rested up for the next day of activities, which began with walking back to Disneyland at 730AM. The City of Anaheim has established rules for short term rentals, which require "quiet time" hours of 10PM to 9AM. Violations can result in fines to renters and/or property owners. Violation of the rules can result in the property owner losing their permit to operate a short term rental. I have read a lot of complaints on property reviews, however it isn't the fault of the property owner, but a result of the "good neighbor policy" enforced by the City of Anaheim. I can imagine it must be very difficult for the property owners to keep their short term renters happy, while following the rules. Since our focus was Disneyland, we didn't have any issue with being in the house by 10PM, and the morning was spent prepping to head back to Disneyland. Alan was very helpful when we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! It had everything we needed and more, but we especially loved the pool, spa, ping pong table and pool table for the kids! It was clean, modern with a fully stocked from the kitchen for cooking to plenty of pool towels. Alan was a great host, very responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again for our next Disney trip
