Vackert uppgraderat hem med tre Kalifornien kung master med ensuites och två barnrum båda med fulla över hela våningssängar. Ett av sovrummen är fristående från hemmet och ingången ligger vid uteplatsen. Alla rum har 47 "LCD-TV med kabel-TV.

Badrummen har alla uppgraderats med bänkskivor i granit, skräddarsydda skåp, travertingolv och anpassade travertin / marmorinläggningar. De två barnrummen delar ett badrum i korridoren.

Det delvis öppna konceptet kök har bänkskivor i granit, anpassade paneler skåp och apparater i rostfritt stål: spis / ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Matsalen har bekvämt plats för tio med ytterligare sittplatser vid ett andra bord och bänkskivan. Rätt utanför köket finns det halva badet och tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gästerna.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har trådlöst höghastighetsinternet och gratis rikstäckande telefontjänst i USA och Kanada. Genom den skjutbara glasdörren har du gott om utrymme för underhållning i den privata bakgården. Det finns en vacker pool i marken och jacuzzi, utomhusgrill med naturgas BBQ-grill, uteplatsuppsättning och ytterligare stolar. Spelrummet har ping pong, pool och airhockey. Det finns barnvagnar, pack n 'play, spärrstol och barnstol för dina spädbarn och småbarn. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängkläder.

Great Disneyland Vacation House!

Our stay at the Swanky House was a wonderful experience! It was the perfect size and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!

PTSD from the pool door alarms plus many other flaws

This house is perfectly fine, except that every single door that accesses the back yard has ear-splitting-loud door alarms, which are apparently required per code. Unless you remember to push a little button, they blare insanely loud alarms all through the house waking everybody up. At some point, the bypass button stopped working, so the noise was the only way to enter or exit.Second complaint, is that immediately after renting the place, I ended up with several pieces of spam texts and emails about insurance and groceries etc. The rental isnt actually booked through VRBO (which would be great) but requires a laborous contract via annaheim vacation rentals.The place is so full of crazy rules and threats that it really is not relaxing or comfortable to stay there.Also, the bedding material was very static-y and shocked me all night long.

Stay while at Disney with the grandkids

Home was great! Rooms were clean and bonus was having so many bathrooms. The two primary suites were a plus. My husband and I stayed in the casita where the second primary suite was giving us a quiet space away from the kids. Hot tub was amazing and heated up quickly when we were ready to use it. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. The Pool alarms took a bit of getting used to but were comforting having since we had 3 toddlers on our stay. We ended up driving to Disney since we felt the long walk home would be tiring after a full day at the park. All in all the house was perfect for our needs.

Awesome place conveniently located close to the park.

Roomy and comfortable is what this place was. The living room was great, and kitchen was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. We used one of their available strollers in the park- a real blessing. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the third master suite, as it had to be accessed from the outside by the pool, and we didn't have a third adult couple to stay in it. The kids would have loved to have that room, but we didn't want them that far away. Five stars!

Family Vacation

The property is in a great location. Super fun pool in the backyard. Comfortable and clean. Property management has some work to do. We are Premier Hosts on Vrbo and manage our own listing. If guests are experiencing a challenge or have a question, 12-36 hour response time is challenging and frustrating, especially given that guests are required to report any issues within 8 hours of check-in.

Perfect for a Disneyland family Christmas

Great place for a large family Disneyland adventure. Seven adults and four teens. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and amenities. Pool, Hot Tub and Game Room were great. The door alarms for the doors accessing the Pool area were annoying, however understand why they are needed. Another drawback is lack of hooks or hangers for towels in bathrooms. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working, however the property manager provided bags of ice. Additionally the dishwasher door is hard to close properly and is in need of repair

Great Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room here for a family with tons of amenities; comfy beds, towels, a well supplied kitchen, laundry facilities and a large screen tv in every room. The casita is wonderful little addition for some quiet time. The pool is gorgeous and the game room was a real hit with the kids too.

This property is showing its age. Advertised as luxury home, but definitely not in top condition. The dishwasher would not stay closed. The door kept falling down, finally I folded up a piece of paper towel and wedged it in the door, as I was afraid someone would get up in the middle of the night and walk into it. 2 days into our stay I was told to slam it hard to get it to catch. Just what I wanted to do, break it so I could buy a new one. If you already knew it was an issue, why haven’t you replaced it? The countertop at sink has a long cut into the Formica. It’s very sharp, someone could get cut on it. I tried to start the spa at 7:30pm one evening. It would not turn on. Finally at 9:30 I got a hold of the maintenance man and he turned it on remotely. It warmed up and we sat in the tub for 10 minutes and then were told to go inside and it shut off. Not very enjoyable. I paid too much!

Nice House

House was nice with a few minor things: ice maker didn’t work (they were kind enough to bring over a bag of ice), dishwasher had to be shut very hard to get to stay closed, and the alarms were annoying until you understood properly how to work them. My sister-in-law also mentioned spraying for spiders as upwards of five were found inside. My number one thing I would have liked differently (and would have appreciated knowing beforehand), was that the lowest you could put the thermostat on was 72 degrees. To most people this might be fine but a few of us our hot sleepers and come from cooler states so we slept uncomfortably hot even with the fans on. Nice house though and seven minute drive to Disneyland and California Adventure was nice.

Loved that three of the rooms had their own private baths. All of the extra amenities like pool floaters for the kids, several nice strollers for mom to use and plenty of towels and extra bedding made this a very nice stay.

Would book again!

Beautiful home in great location! The home has 3 master suites, so it was perfect for our growing family. Close to Disney, which is what we wanted. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it's beautiful. I would book this property again without hesitation!

Wonderful stay for big family with kids

Wish we stayed one more night to enjoy the pool and game room. Very nice accommodations. Didn’t take too long to figure out the child alarm system. We ended up walking back one night from Disneyland and it wasn’t bad at all. Just be careful where you walk out in front. I stepped on dog poop that was right next to the driveway.

Amazing vacation property

Spent a week at the house and enjoyed the property! House was great with room to spread out and a pool! Only small drawback is the one detached master suite but this is shown in the floor plan. Would stay again.

This property was a wonderful place to enjoy our stay. Everything that was advertised about this property lived up to the description. This house was perfectly clean, ready for us to get comfortable and relax, and spacious. Everyone in the family was able to be in their space and relax without being on top of each other for five days. The location was perfect for being close to the Disney Parks and Downtown Disney. This made everything that we had planned to do easy and quick to get to. The great thing that my family enjoyed was the pool. All of my family was able to enjoy time outside in a pool that was properly taken care of, cleaned, and maintained. We had two days of nothing but family pool time that we enjoyed with no worries at all. Definitely would recommend this property again and again. And will definitely be returning to this property if we find ourselves in Anaheim again! Thank you!

Great House Near Disney

House is a bit older--maybe late 60s or early 70s construction but has been updated nicely. City of Anaheim's noise ordinance is draconian, but VRBO host makes sure that guests are aware of the potential citations, etc. Pool area alarms are also very annoying, but necessary without a fenced pool. Beautifully landscaped both front and back, and the back patio/pool/spa is perfect to enjoy the Anaheim weather. Short ride or long walk to Disney and convenient for our travels to Huntington and Laguna beaches as well. One minor annoyance in that the ice maker did not work, but property management was very responsive and brought over a couple of bags of ice for us. Overall, a very nice property and very helpful management team.

Property description was completely accurate

This was a comfortable, well located property on a very nice street in Anaheim. It was, as others have noted, a bit too far to walk to Disneyland, so we used Ubers. As a corporate property coupled with Anaheim's strict ordinances, there were a lot rules to observe but these were all communicated ahead of time and there were no surprises. It was very easy to deal with the property managers and the price was excellent (especially compared with Disney Hotels). Overall, a very positive experience.

Special highschool graduation trip

We loved our stay at the Anaheim House. The interior was beautiful, spacious and the landscaping was gorgeous. My 73 year old mother kept commenting on all the flowers. There was plenty of communication prior to arriving to make us feel comfortable and welcomed if we needed anything. There was plenty of room for our 10 person family. We enjoyed all eating together on the 10 seater dining table. We all showered in the evenings and never ran out of hot water. The pool, hot tub and game tables were enjoyed by all. It was also a short drive to the Disney parks. There was a Target near by to get groceries. Would definitely recommend this home, especially to larger families.

Excellent LARGE home for families walking distance to Disney

This property was fantastic! Very clean and had plenty of rooms for a family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Everything needed was provided. Best part is 25 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the parks!

Cali vacation

Wonderful VRBO. Lots of room for large family, great beds and pool/ outdoor area was perfect to eat or lounge around. Also, Disneyland/ Downtown Disney is .5 miles away. Within walking distance which was really nice.

Complicated but convenient

Be aware the restrictions and rules around noise are strict! These rules are established by the City, but the property does repeatedly emphasize compliance to the point that we were sufficiently paranoid of making any noise. This is problematic when you're arrival flight is after 10pm or you're coming home from Disneyland late in the evening. It is also not clear that one of the bedrooms must be accessed from the pool area which means you must shut off the door alarm to the pool area, be totally silent, and then access the bedroom from another alarmed outside door. The property did a good job identifying the alarm on the sliding door, but the other external doors have small bypasses that are easy to miss if you aren't familiar with the set-up. The property is clean aside from significant hard water build up on some of the fixtures. We were impressed with the water pressure and had plenty of hot water for our group of 6. We were short towels (one guest room didn't have any), but we were able to work that out amongst the group. The property is advertised as a short walk to Disneyland but that isn't really the case as there is no direct route out of the neighborhood or into Downtown Disney from this location. It ends up being closer to a 2 mile walk. For a large group that wants to spend time together, this is a much more economical route than multiple hotel rooms. For the convenience of getting to Disney, cleanliness, and freedom to be out past 9pm, a hotel is preferable.
