Fantastisk och mycket uppgraderad pool hem perfekt för 3 familjer.

Tre master sviter alla med Cal-King sängar vardera med egna privata badrum. Två barnrum båda med fulla över fulla våningssängar delar hallens badrum. Badrummen har travertin / marmorgolv, anpassade hissar, granitbänkskivor med uppgraderade skräddarsydda duschar.

Öppet koncept Kök och matplats med travertingolv. Köket har anpassat panelskåp med granitbänkskivor, travertinbacksplash och rostfria vitvaror (spis / ugn, kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin). Matsal sätter plats 6, med extra sittplatser i vardagsrummet och köksdisken. Ligger utanför köket är ett halvt bad, en full-size tvättmaskin och torktumlare och sovrummet # 3.

Spelrummet, som finns i garaget, har bordtennis, fotboll, (3-1 bord med airhockey, biljard och bordtennis), och leksaker. Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, booster seat och pack n 'spel för dina barn och småbarn användning.

Alla rum har 47 "LCD-TV med kabel-TV. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har höghastighets trådlöst internet och gratis landsomfattande USA och Kanada telefonservice. Hemmet har central luft och värme. Queen size luftmadrass i hemmet för en extra säng

Visited Disneyland with my 3 adult children & their spouses, plus 3 grandchildren. Great accommodations & walkable to the parks & downtown Disneyland. I highly recommend this property for a large group.

Great location. Easy check in and communication. Some issues with appliances but quickly resolved. Very strict rules and limits pool access which is hard with kids and after a long day of walking (spa access). Overall great experience.

Great house for Disney trip!

This house is perfect for a family Disney trip. Lots of rooms, big living area, pool and spa, and walking distance to the parks.

Room with a view

Our room looked over the back yard, I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, I should have planned more time for enjoying both. definitely enough rooms for everybody. Very close to Disneyland and all the stores & restaurants you could need. We visited just before Christmas and I thoufht it was nice that they had a Christmas tree with lights.

Family get away

The family and I had a great time on property during our stay. Kids love the game room and pool. Pool heated as promised and very relaxing. The home is very spacious and rooms are great. We are talking about planning another trip back soon already.

The house was definitely older then the photos really show. Lots of quirky things...the ceiling fan in one room didn't work, the counter in the hall bathroom had a severe crack, the washer leaked water on the floor when used, the ice maker didn't make very much ice, not all bathrooms had a bath mat, a towel bar kept falling off the wall when used, another bedroom the lights didnt work with the switch and wouldnt turn on when you flipped the switch on the light either etc etc. While I wouldn't say the house was dirty, alot of the things in the kitchen had caked on food (like they had gone through the dishwasher but stuff stayed stuck on) and alot of things just felt like could use a really good scrub. Alot of the baby items felt really dated and a little grimey. The blankets in one closet said they would be bagged if clean, and while they looked clean, none of them were bagged. The best part of the rental was the yard and pool. I didn't discover the pumps for filling the inflatable pool toys until way later, and the bin the toys are in is filled with live crickets, but overall the kids loved the pool! Some of the pool toys needed a wipe down as they were visibly dirty. Depsite paying a heating fee with rental, I did feel like the pool and hot tub were not heated as much as expected. The hot tub was warm, but not actually hot. The expense for asking them to raise the heat was more then we wanted to pay. Next trip we will probably look elsewhere. But its not the worst.

Great home and location

We had a great time on the trip. The check-in process was easy, the house was comfortable and well suited for our stay. Super close to Disneyland. It would have been amazing were there bikes to ride to and from the park as this would have been super convenient getting to and from the park without the hassle of driving and parking a car. The only negative was the hot tub not working well on the second day, but the host was able to fix that relatively quickly. We would rent here again in the future!

Good Location

House was clean and neighbors were great. The walk to Disney was a bit farther than expected; due to walking around the Disneyland Resort Hotel complex. Nevertheless, it was great walking to Disney. Overall, great stay.

This was our second stay at an Anaheim Vacation House residence. The house was everything it was advertised to be. The kids loved the pool and the playroom. Will definitely consider AVH for next vacation.

Family vacation

The house was as represented in photos. Worked out for our 3 families. Liked that all bedrooms are on first floor. Listing said 1/2 mile from Disney. It is actually approximately 2 mile drive to Disney. Short drive since we had a car. Would recommend this rental

One of Favorite Places We’ve Stayed

One of our favorite rentals we’ve stayed at. This home has it all. Comfortable beds (which is always top of my list), kitchen was very well equipped with quality tools, appliances and dishes etc., good location, safe neighborhood, loved the pool and hot tub. Very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. Loved all the attention to detail, like shampoo and soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, laundry and dish soap. Everything felt clean and up to date. Lots of room to relax or play games. A huge comfortable couch to all be together; but other rooms in house spread out enough to not be on top of each other. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Good value

Good house for large families or even two families with kids. Property manager was easy to work with. House is clean, shows the wear and tear you would expect form a rental that does lots of volume. $8 Uber ride to and from Disney.

Disneyland Get Away

The property was an oasis for our family. The management co. was very responsive and timely in answering our questions and resolving them. Only one small issue was they wi-fi was not very good and for the last couple days we had none. Apparently the co. could not get out to fix it until the day we were leaving. This was not an issue that could be avoided we don't think and it was beyond the management's control. Would recommend this property if you have a large group and are in particular visiting Disneyland - it is within walking distance and about a $7.00 Uber ride one way if you would rather get there that way.

Need major upgrades

Backyard is nice but inside the home needs major upgrades. The house is too small & a lot of broken things. I’ll passed on this home for any future rentals. & it takes way too long to get my refundable deposits back.

Convenient, comfortable stay

We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy. The manager/owner of the home was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our requsts. TV is cable only. No smart TV. So if you like to watch movies as a group on vacation, bring a firestick or an apple tv or an hdmi cord with your mac/pc adapter so you can watch whatever you want. This was not a problem for us. We were very busy and enjoyed returning to this home to gather and relax. Great location. Some good food options. We loved Le Kitchen Pho and Rice. Some of the best egg rolls I have ever eaten. We avoided the touristy areas. In the evenings you can step out front and watch the Disney fireworks.

What I Wish I Had Known

Pros:Comfortable beds. Place was clean overall. The pool was great, kids loved it. Good kitchen facilities, stocked with the basics. The game room was fun! Bathrooms were good. The pool safety alarm made me feel safe with young kids.Cons:1/2 mile walk isn't true. It’s a 1.5-2 mile walk to Disney. I walked it several times. Walking isn’t worth it. Plan to Uber/Lyft each day. For our party of 13, this was about 30 per ride, two 4 person cars and a 6 person car.The hot tub didn’t heat to temperature without texting the hosts each time for them to troubleshoot. They were quite responsive but this ate precious time.There is only one bath towel per person staying there. There are pool towels in big laundry baskets near the back door! We didn’t see these until the second day. The pool safety alarm will go off sometimes even if you remember to press the button before opening the door and it’s piercingly loud.The lights in the bathroom are on a motion sensor and will go out on you while you shower.Tips:Do your reading beforehand. The guidebook is tedious but there is a lot to know about the place.Bring your own pillows if you want more than one pillow per sleeper.Bring extra blankets. They had 3 or 4 but that wasn’t enough for everyone.Never park on the street, even short term.Make sure to leave yourself time before you leave to wash the pool towels and start the bath towels in the rusty washing machine. This is part of your checkout checklist.

Property looks like the pictures, it was perfect for our family with three sets of parents and all the kid! The property is walkable to downtown Disney - it is about a mile, so the way there, great - but was tougher to walk back, of course. We had 2x 8y/o 2x 11y/o and a 3 y/o in a stroller and the parents - I don’t think you can get away with less walking unless you stay at the hotels on site. It builds character for everyone, ha! The property was amazing for a perfect extended family getaway.

I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs in Anaheim the last 10 years and I would rate this one the top of all of them! The location is fantastic. Definitely within walking distance to downtown disney entrance. However, since we had littles, we brought an electric scooter. We drove right to the Downtown Disney entrance, dropped everyone off, and then one of us went home and parked and then rode the scooter back to the entrance. There is bike/scooter parking right inside the security entrance and it worked perfectly for us. The house was nice, well laid out for our group with the bedroom areas in three separate "sections" with family room and kitchen in the middle. The pool was fantastic! We loved the water features and the hot tub. Only downside was the door alarm that was incredibly loud and you really have to practice opening the door after pushing the button so that the alarm won't sound. If you forget to do that -- it's incredibly loud. That being said, I am grateful for it so that our little ones could not escape out to the pool without someone noticing.We got a ticket for parking on the street. We were warned by the host but misunderstood the instructions as there were other cars on the street -- but we are not residents so DO NOT DO IT. Once you get the quirks worked out it is fantastic. Do wish that the ice maker would have worked. Many VRBOs struggle with ice maker features on the freezer.
