Lägenheten är stor (110 kvm) med 2 dubbelrum med king size-sängar (2 extra enkelsängar kan läggas vid behov, det finns en liten extra avgift), ett fullt utrustat kök, ett rymligt vardagsrum och ett badrum.

Lägenheten ligger i ett centralt läge mycket lätt att nå och mycket goda förbindelser till alla delar av staden. Det finns vaporetto (vattenbuss) av "Riva de Biasio" på mindre än en minut från lägenheten.

Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt och säkert område. Det finns gott om utmärkta restauranger bara några minuter från lägenheten. Samtidigt ligger i huvudattraktionerna (Rialto, San Marco, Frari, Ghetto, etc.) gångavstånd.

Excellent location

Very close to train station and easy to find. Within walking distance of everything you came to see. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Am amazing stay

This little gem was well situated close to the train station and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was super clean, spacious and we were nicely greeted. We would totally recommend this place.

Easy and spacious 2 room/2 bath apartment

This apartment in Venice was a great location on a quiet street with small bars and restaurants right around the corner. Spacious bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 1 single. 2 large bathrooms with large living room and comfortable couches. Would book again!

Nice, clean, easy stay

We enjoyed the apartment and the location was easy enough to get to all parts of Venice. Very clean and nicely decorated- comfortable lounge area was a plus! I don’t recall steps in the listing, but it’s good to know you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the place. Only a pain on day 1 and the last day with luggage of course. Also the drink shop on the corner was noisy until about 11pm each night. Exterior window shutters helped to keep noise out.

Great stay in Venice!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was described as is in the listing and the location was perfect! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough! We didn’t use the kitchen but it looks very well equipped. The wine glasses did come in handy though! Costante was absolutely wonderful in his communication and went above and beyond accommodating us. I’d give more stars if I could! We will definitely stay here again should we make it back to Venice. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment our host was incredibly welcoming, and she had her assistant find us when we got lost to locate the apartment. the property was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I can’t wait to come back!

Property was great. Loved the size and layout. Great to have 2 bathrooms & the washer. The only thing that was a bit to manage is the lack of hot water for showers.

Fantastic place to stay

We loved staying here. The owner was great to communicate with us and gave us pointers on travel to Murano and to the Airport. The house was clean and very close to food and coffee. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer! Thanks for the memories!

Beautiful apartment in Venice

This apartment was amazing and very close to the train station. Costante was an excellent host and provided very detailed information and was very communicative. The check-in process was easy with someone waiting for us right at the door. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. Quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants and walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to explore Venice

We stayed in this charming property during our stay in Venice. The ideal location was a short walk to all the major city sites. The apartment is charming, and we were mesmerized by the beautiful wood beams on the ceiling. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family vacation at Christmas

This sweet little apartment was perfectly located and just fit our needs! The nearby vaparetto stop and access to the train terminal was so convenient. Communication was good and we had everything we needed. Would choose this home again in the future.
