Great setup for family groups

This beachfront rental was perfect for our family group of 10 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation, and the dining room allowed far everyone to eat together. We brought our Christmas tree with us and had a jolly good holiday.

Fantastic property and location

We loved the space and number of beds this property provided. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach. We loved the big windows and views. We wish that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas would have been provided, but we worked it out. Overall, we were happy and do recommend the property for large families (we were two whole families with mostly adults and four small children).

Marriage venue

We got married on the beach in front of the house, then had a little reception under. The house was very accommodating for all my guest, if i had to say one negative thing is that they didn't have a bathroom downstairs. Guests had to go upstairs through the house to use the restroom. Other than that it was amazing, thank you for sharing your home it was and always will be a special part of our wedding story.

Family Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall positive rental experience. The location was nice, although next to a public beach access (heavy traffic on the elweekend). The property only has 4 bathrooms, which became a bit crowded in the evenings when cleaning-up from a day on the beach. The countertops in all bathrooms are very short ... annoyingly short. Otherwise, the property was clean and well-appointed.

Overall, this house was perfect for our extended family of 17. We had plenty of room for everyone. Especially loved the spacious dining room where we were all able to gather at once for meals and family game night. We were right on the beach so that was especially convenient. The only blip was that one of the burners on the electric stove did not work and it happened to be the largest coil burner, so cooking for this large family was a bit of a challenge. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping which made it very convenient. Overall, it was a great set-up for our family vacation!
