Lägenheten ligger i Santa Croce-distriktet, en del av Venedig, där du fortfarande kan andas in den autentiska luften i staden. Lägenheten är LÄTT REACHBAR på några minuter till fots från BUS TERMINAL Piazzale Roma och ligger 350 meter från tågstationen Santa Lucia. Det är också nära Riva de Biasio vaporettestopp.

Cà DEI TERRAZZI ligger på tredje och översta våningen och har en hiss.
Tack vare de två terrasserna med utsikt över en av de mest suggestiva kanalerna i Venedig är det väldigt ljust.
De två terrasserna, utrustade med markiser, har bord, bänkar och stolar med kuddar för att koppla av medan du beundrar utsikten och passagen av gondolerna längs kanalen nedan.
Den har en lounge med bekväm soffa, LED-TV, GRATIS WIFI, matbord för sex personer. Vardagsrummet leder till de två terrasserna på fasaden.
Respektivt till höger och vänster om vardagsrummet finns de två dubbla sovrummen, utrustade med stora inbyggda garderober och båda med fönster med utsikt över en av de två terrasserna.
Båda sovrummen har luftkonditionering.

Båda sovrummen har eget badrum: det första har en toalett, dubbelt handfat, badkar, bidé och hårtork, det andra har en toalett, handfat, bekväm dusch och hårtork.
Köket, med kyl och ugn, är utrustat med alla nödvändiga redskap.
Beläget i ett lugnt område och väl serveras av barer, kaféer, stormarknader (två är bara några steg bort) och en berömd konditori, är de en perfekt utgångspunkt för att nå många berömda monument på kort tid.
Rialtobronen och dess välkända fisk- och fruktgrönsaksmarknad ligger bara 10 minuters promenad bort, medan San Marco-torget ligger 20 minuters promenad längs de typiska venetianska gatorna.
Annars, för att åka till San Marco, alltid med några minuter till fots når du San Tomà, där du kan ta antingen vaporetto eller gondolen som färjer dig från andra sidan Grand Canal.
I närheten finns det många museer: den MODERNA KUNSTGALLERIEN i CA 'PESARO, PRADA-FUNDATIONEN vid Ca' Corner della Regina, GRAND SCHOOL of SAN ROCCO (dekorerad på 1500-talet av Tintoretto och Tiziano) och FRÄKENS Kyrka , det huvudsakliga exemplet på venetiansk gotisk arkitektur.

Fabulous Property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! It made a perfect home-base for our five day exploration of Venice. We loved the spacious apartment and all the amenities. The balcony absolutely was our most favorite part and we spent every morning and evening out on it enjoying the view and watching life go by in this residential area. Having the grocery store just steps away was fantastic!! We highly recommend this property! Thanks to our wonderful hostess, Federika.

Great Location

A great location!! We enjoyed the space. The windows and views were great. However, it was so hot - mosquitos were really bad - a/c's only in the bedrooms. Having the windows open during the day was helpful because of a nice breeze. However, the windows would slam - I was worried they would break - I figured out how to secure some of the front ones. But, mosquitos were terrible - we left with many bites. I am sure given the time of year they were worse than usual. In the cooler months this would be perfect.

We did not stay

We were unable to use due to unacceptable and unlivable conditions at the property.We booked the property for a 3-night stay, but upon arrival, we immediately found the home in very poor condition: • The sheets were stained, and the entire property had a strong, unpleasant smell. • The entrance was a mess, with ongoing construction and piles of trash scattered around. • Only one room had air conditioning, which barely worked. The second bedroom had no AC at all, only a fan set up to draw air from the hallway, which was ineffective in the summer heat.After seeing the condition of the property, we spoke with the person showing us the house — who agreed with us that the condition was unacceptable. We also spoke with the owner, and we left the property immediately as it was clearly not in a state suitable for guests.As a result, we had no choice but to book a hotel at our own expense, incurring additional and unexpected costs.We have reached out Vrbo and submitted pictures per their request. As of this writing, I have not heard from Vrbo.

Amazing

The apartment was clean and bright. The master suite had air conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and soda were comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony overlooking the canal. Had my coffee in the morning out there; in the evening sat out under the stars and relaxed. If I ever come back to Venice I would stay here again.

Loved location

Great location. Close to everything needed. The host, Federica, was very nice and accommodating. Very roomy apartment. Very user friendly. My only thing I’d recommend is better bed pillows and Wi-Fi. Internet access was not good. If you had to do any computer/phone work, you won’t get much done. I’d recommend this place again.

Santa Croce stay

This aoartment was lovely! Large and airy!’ On the third floor(with lift) 2 decks and spectacular views!! Great walking neighborhood on both sides of canal!! And walking distance also to train and Piazza San Marco!! Would definitely stay here again!! Bellisimo!!

Wonderful

The location is excellent - about a seven minute walk from Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia. The unit is spacious and very clean. The terrace overlooking the canal is wonderful to sit and soak up the sun with coffee or to enjoy the evening with some wine. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our stay- Loved sitting on the balcony

We are 2 couples on holiday. The location is quiet and not far from Santa Lucia station and Ferrovia vaporetto stops. The place is as described( there is WiFi ) and nicer than the pictures. Supermarket close by and coffee & pastry shop just across the canal - 1 minute away. Federica is responsive answering questions we had. We would stay here again.

Fabulous location , just off the beaten path

Located in beautiful Santa Croce. 25 minute walk to San Marco piazza. The terrace is lovely, but the view is somewhat obstructed as they are working on the facade of the building. There is an elevator and that is a huge plus. Beds were very comfortable.

A very enjoyable stay

It is a perfectly located apartment in the Center at a canal, next to a pizzeria, a super market and a coffeeshop. You can reach most sights of Venice in a walking distance or use the boat from a nearby pier. The apartment is at the top floor of a beautiful old building and has these two gorgeous balconies with a stunning view. As we stayed during very hot weather, we missed an air conditioning in the second bedroom but overall it was a great place to stay.

2 nights in Venice

This apartment was very spacious, sunny yellow and classic European design--and perfect for 4 adults. The balcony was a very nice added feature! Federica was extremely responsive and helpful (as was Chiara our greeter). Note that transportation in Venice is quite different than the rest of Italy, but it also gave it that uniqueness. Don't miss the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica tours! Pay attention to the mosquito warning...it's very real. Only suggestion is perhaps a list of recommended restaurants. I know we all have different tastes but LOVE supporting where the "locals" enjoy eating.

Just like pictures magical

The property is amazing, just like the pictures. Sitting on the Terrace drinking a glass of wine was one of our favorite things. The area is quiet but right around the corner from all the action, restaurants, shops, etc. Easy access to Grand Canal. There is a wonderful bakery across the canal. A bit of a tip, if you need a water taxi to take you to the airport, arrange to meet in front of the hotel around the corner, it easier access with luggage, no stairs they will pick you up at the dock. Make your arrangements with the water taxi company across the canal.

Good location but lacking amenities

Good location in the middle of the city… very nice patios overlooking a canal. What was lacking…. stains on the bedding, only one small pillow per person on the bed, no toilet paper, black mold spots on wall in one of the bedrooms, mini TV like 15” and that was it. WiFi very slow

Balcony Bliss

The bonus of this property for us was the balcony and the lift! To sit in the morning and evening looking at the canal and activity below was great. Also after a busy day walking it was especially nice not to have to walk up a lot of stairs. The Bakery, supermarket and restaurants close by were also a welcome addition. The apartment is much bigger than the photos show. Close to main tourist attractions, Rialto about 15 mins but there are lots of restaurants and shops only 5 mins away. Just make sure to take mosquito spray as you are of course by the water and we got bites even in the morning which we weren’t expecting as it was Apr. Best to be prepared so not to spoil the experience of this apartment.

Beds were horrible. Hot water needed attention from host. Pictures of apartment were misleading. Balconies were great. Boat public transportation was really hard to deal with (must be a better way to identify what boat to take to get to certain locations.

The balcony!

The balcony is truly the best thing about this apartment. There is no functional air conditioning whatsoever so we slept 2 nights covered in sweat. None of the windows or balcony doors have nets so we tried sleeping with windows open and were eaten alive by the mosquitos. The view from balcony was amazing which I guess makes the 10lbs I lost sweating bearable.

Great location and host

We loved the property and the location was great. Minutes from the train station and water taxis, but the neighborhood is very quiet. Major tourist spots in Venice are also in walking distance. Sitting on the balconies having morning coffee and evening wine was a treat. Federica is lovely and very responsive. I would have given 5 stars if not for the smell in one of the bathrooms. This may be a unique problem for Venice though as we noticed many of the restaurant bathrooms had a similar issue. For us it is not a big problem as we were mostly in the flat just for sleeping or were out on the balconies.

Beautiful location

Location was just walking minutes away from train station and bus to airport. Supermarket, 40 steps away and lovely cafe across the canal. Venice's short-term rental market has many old accommodations. However, the mold in the master bath could have easily been taken care of with tender loving care. In the master bathroom one sink didn't work and the light over other sink was burned out. Door going from bedroom to bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. Unlike our five other accommodations in Italy the kitchen lacked a microwave, toaster, and only had a French press coffee maker. The online pictures of the balcony's showed nice furniture and looked very appealing. In reality, one baloney had cleaning supplies and a mop bucket with dirty water. The other balcony had four chairs and two tiny tables. We shared these concerns with the owner and she said she will look into.
