Wonderful Getaway for a Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely a very relaxing vacation. Having the provided beach chairs & umbrella was huge. However to get the front row on the beach you had to get there by 7am as it is first come first serve. Beautiful beaches, very hot in July. June would probably be a better month to avoid 90+ degree temperatures. Condo was absolutely gorgeous!

The weather was perfect (we were a little concerned about the hurricane). But the condo exceeded our expectations! There was nothing we did not like about it. Everything, from the colors of the walls to the decor, and oh my goodness, the view! I would highly recommend this condo!

August vacation for my husband and I

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! The beach and pool area were really clean! The check in area was super nice and smelled great. I reserved a room in March that we really liked but received an email in May saying we had a room change due to the condo being sold. That was upsetting but figured we wouldn’t be in the room too often anyways. So our new room 509 could have been cleaned better though. There was black hair in the floor of the bathroom and living room from past guests. There was a hot Cheeto and corn kernel in the floor in the living room from past guests. The DVD player did not work and the door was stuck open. The staircases were stinky and needed to be pressure washed. We really enjoyed being able to rent movies for free but had to go buy our own DVD player to watch them. Our door code didn’t work when we got there, but a really nice lady came to our room ASAP and fixed it for us. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but would have appreciated our room being more clean.

We were staying with y’all and my daughter and her family were staying right next door. I t was 5 year old granddaughters Birthday and that was her wish to all go to the beach. Our condo was very nice and very clean.Everyone was helpful and very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location and the beach service was a great bonus. Our unit was very nice and the property is kept clean. Our only complaint would be that it is very clearly marked in various locations that this is a non-smoking facility; however, we had neighbors smoking on their balcony which made it less enjoyable to be outside. Additionally we did not book in advance and contacted the property management company the day of our arrival to check for availability of a unit. The front desk representative said she would have to go manually check units to see what was clean and available and wasn't sure when she could do that due to being the only one there. She was very helpful; however it took a few hours to get an answer where we were considering leaving the area and moving on to Pensacola Beach. We were thankful she was able to find a unit for us and get us in after all as we ended up having a great stay.
