Beautiful updated kitchen

The kitchen has everything you could possibly want to cook meals. This condo is bright and clean.... just like you would want from a rental. The pictures are a true indication of how nice this condo is. We loved the large balcony. The pool was heated and very clean. Lisette is very nice and available if you have questions. You won't be disappointed with this beautiful condo. It's just far enough away from the busy parts of Cocoa Beach and close enough for all the good things. Looking down the beach, you could see where the beach was full of people, but in front of the condo it was quiet and peaceful.

Cocoa, nous serons de retour

Nous avons passé six semaines dans ce condo qui est vraiment très bien situé à Cocoa Beach. L'édifice est directement sur le bord de la plage que l'on peut atteindre en traversant une petite passerelle au dessus des dunes. Un boyau y est installé pour nous permettre de nous dessabler au retour. Un local barré, sur le même étage que le condo, nous a permis d'entreposer nos vélos qui voyagent toujours avec nous. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et comporte vraiment tout ce que l'on a besoin. Il y a même deux cafetières (filtre et à capsule Keurig). Le point fort est définitivement le balcon immense qui donne sur deux côtés, dont l'un avec vue sur la mer. Pour les lèves tôt, il est possible d'y voir les lever de soleil et en fin de journée les coucher. Pratiquement tout nos repas ont été pris sur le balcon. Merci Lissette pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Stay at Wellington Condo.

This was the best stay in Cocoa Beach ever, staying at the condo was great and very clean no problems, the whole building was very clean and friendly. The beach was just as they told us and the surrounding area was great. The owner who was Lissette was always available on any concerns we may of had, which was none. I would very much recommend this condo and area for anyone who wants to just have a great holiday and get away. Will definitely book again. Steve & Jayne

Close to the beach and a wonderful balcony to relax on.

Wonderful beach condo

Everything about this condo is great - best location in Cocoa Beach, meticulously clean, equipped with everything you need, friendly full-time residents, perfect pool and lounging area, easy access to the beautiful wide beach, great ocean view from the large balcony. The owner responded immediately when the coffee pot broke and replaced it. Walk 4 blocks to the center of downtown Cocoa Beach to unique shops and restaurants. I could not have asked for a better winter getaway, and I look forward to going back.

Beautiful

We have spent Spring Break in Cocoa Beach for the last 15 years, and Wellington Condo is the nicest place of all. Right on the ocean, it allows breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. The accommodations in the condo are top notch. Comfortable for three, but big enough for five. Condo residents are friendly, and the pool and clubhouse offer a nice respite when the ocean winds prevail. Stay here!

Our Family Vacation Was Great

We were very happy with our stay at the Wellington. The owner was very easy to work with and everything was as promised. The condo was very clean and very modern. Had all the amenities we needed. The beach was wonderful. Short walk and you are there enjoying yourself. Not far from Ron Jon's Surf Shop which my family loved. We also went to Universal and the drive was only an hour. Not bad at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would likely try and rent again. Loved the Cocoa Beach area as well. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

This Cocoa Beach condo is our home away from home. We are semi-retired and live in Miami but we come and spend time here with our family on Merritt Island. We love coming to Cocoa Beach because it is always a relaxing get away when we are here.

This is a very special place for us because my daughter moved to the area after she married. We have been coming to Cocoa Beach since 2000 and we have many special memories here with our grandchildren and extended family who come often and stay with us here.
