Det finns 3 vackra badrum inomhus och en utomhusdusch. Ett sovrum och badrum ligger nedervåningen för dem som inte kan klättra trappor. Rätt utanför köket är en vacker skärmad uteplats med gott om sittplatser. Nedre våningen är mycket rymlig och inkluderar en stor ismaskin, grill, majshålskiva, mer sittplatser, uteplatssväng och vacker utsikt över vattnet. Vår community dock ligger precis framför vårt hem där du kan parkera en båt, fiska, simma i färska kokande källor, eller bara bli underhållen av det lokala vilda djur som inkluderar ett nästan dagligt besök från våra berömda manater, infödda fåglar, oter, och delfiner. Vi erbjuder våra gäster 1 stor paddelbräda, 1 kanot, en tvåpersons kajak och en enda kajak för gratis användning under din vistelse.

Awesome place

Everything was exactly as the ad read, clean, fully stocked and well taken care of. We used the dock, the boat ramp at the plantation is right around the corner. The extra bedroom downstairs was perfect for the three boys as it gave them some space and us parents, they loved it. The host was very helpful as well.

Perfect for a large group

We had a family gathering with 8 adults over 3 generations and needed 4 rooms. We planned to swim with the manatees but also wanted room to hang out, watch football playoff games and eat over the weekend. This house was PERFECT! Spacious house with several areas for us to congregate and multiple options inside and out where the 8 of us could gather and not be scrunched. And 4 nice bedrooms for separate time as well. Huge screened porch, nice firepit, lots of kitchen items we used to prepare multiple meals. Whole group could watch the TV in the living room. We will definitely return for another getaway - perhaps during a warmer month when we can enjoy the dock and kayaks provided!

This house is a perfect place to stay. We had a great time here and would absolutely stay here again. The host was communicative and hospitable. Work retreat

Brought some clients here to go charter fishing House was amazing. Plenty of room and great outdoor hangout spaces. Everything we needed was there, and was advertised so we didn’t over prepare. Ice machine was a neat luxury that we certainly took advantage of.

Fabulous experience!

The house is lovely and they have thought of everything you might need! We paddled several times and saw dozens of manatee , some even came up to our boards and interacted with us. We enjoyed a fire in the evenings while listening to the nearby owls. Thanks for having us!

Worry free getaway

This home is immaculate and taken care of with love. From the moment we pulled onto the drive we knew we had found the perfect family getaway. An abundance of kayaks and paddle board, all in excellent condition, allowed us time on and in the water. Highlight of our stay was the interaction with the manatees!! Thank you Sarah and Devon for sharing such a lovely spot. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property. The owner did not go cheap in furnishing this place. Beautiful decor and they provided a lot of extra towels, utensils, paper products, toiletries, etc. The owner was also very accommodation with our schedule allowing us to check in early and check out late. The back patio is the place to be with your family. HUGE back patio. Love this place and will rent again.

Exceptional Property

This is a very nice home. We had an extended family vacation with a group of 11 for 3 nights. Everyone had plenty of room, the amenities were top notch, from the appliances, the ice machine, the kayaks, the fire pit, to the extra heavy bath towels, this home had it all. It was extra clean and had all the necessities. We had access to a boat that we docked during the day at the community dock. The dock has limited room, but we always had a spot when needed. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We will plan to return.

This property was well maintained. Very clean. Had many amenities…pool towels, trash bags, spices, etc. Very convenient to boat ramp and a nice dock. The house was spacious and the downstairs patio was our favorite spot to hang out, eat, and play games. With trash cans everywhere, clean up was a breeze.
