House close to the city, Globen and Tele2Arena

Great house at a perfect location in Gamla Enskede, a residential area just south of Södermalm. A perfect stay for a family or two with. With the Metro close by, the down town of Stockholm is just around the corner. In addition both Avicii and Tele2 Arena are in comfortable walking distance. Parking space exists if you arrive by car.
The app. 210 m2 house has three separate floors. The lowest floor also has an own entrance and a seperate fully equipped kitchen and an exclusive bathroom with sauna. High quality free WiFi are also available in the house.
The private terrace on the backside of the house is lovely. If it is sunny, the sun will drain the terrace in sun until late in the evening, a very pleasant experience during the long Swedish summer nights.

Get around in Stockholm:
The Metro station is, appr. 700 m from the apartment. The Metro will sure help you get around in Stockholm in a god way. The Metro reaches the inner city within 10 minutes.
If you do not want to walk to the Metro station, there is a bus station "LindevÀgen" 100 m from the house.
Avicii and Tele2 Arena are in a 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment
StockholmsmÀssan is 20 minutes away, taking the bus from "LindevÀgen" as mentioned above
To get to Friends Arena you first take the Metro to T-Centralen, there you change to the Commuter train to J-station "Solna". It will take you appr. 40 min, "door to door".

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I love this part of Stockholm for many reasons. First of all of course, the great location! Then the familiy friendly surroundings in combination with down town proximity. You will for sure have a very pleasent stay in this part of Stockholm.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The Metro or the buses will take you where ever you want to go i Stockholm. Are you visiting an event at Globen or Tele2Arena I recommend a walk.
