Den 2: a vÄningen Àr den frÀmsta boyta med utsikt över viken frÄn köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet. Köket Àr vÀrd för alla rostfria steeleapparater och extra fristÄende ismaskin för packning av kylare. Matbordet rymmer 6 gÀster medan köket kan rymma ytterligare 6 personer. Vardagsrummet har en stor platt-tv med DirecTV och DVD-spelare. Det finns tvÄ sovrum pÄ andra vÄningen, bÄda med en king size-sÀng och eget badrum. Den andra trappan leder till tredje vÄningen dÀr barnen har fri tyg i vÄningssÀngen. VÄningssÀngen har 2 vÄningssÀngar, 4 tvillingar totalt. Barnen har ocksÄ en plattskÀrms-tv med DirecTv och Wii. Perfect for our duo who loves the outdoors! We especially loved the bottom balcony where you could get out of any "weather" (rain, wind, sun). Loved the layout and simplicity of it all. Only issue was (found out later) that you need to keep a towel or something on the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella or the vendor will totally snatch them up way early. Not the fault of this owner.

As someone who used to live here, the location was PERFECT. Close to bars and shops, but located right on a private beach can’t be beat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and then some which is perfect for a girls trip. The communication with the host was quick and efficient. 10/10 would stay again

We loved the house and location. It was spacious and fit our family of 7 very well. Loved the 4 king rooms with private bathrooms. Location was great, close to everything! Communication with the host was excellent. The rugs needed to be cleaned or replaced as well as the lounge chair on the deck but overall we had a WONDERFUL stay!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for us and we liked that beach towels were available for us to use. The view was gorgeous and we were so happy with being right on the beach and the beach wasn’t too crowded! If we are able to come back to this area we will definitely try to rent this place again. We had one problem with the umbrella but within minutes they replaced it and we had a new piece. Hosts were great. Side note, Pascallis kitchen across the street is fantastic! We ate there several times on our stay!

Great house. Love the updated decor. Close to the beach and other amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, bowls, and cooking equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and the water pressure in the bathrooms were amazing. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Beach Heaven

We had an amazing time and the property was amazing. We are vacationers that normally do multiple excursions and exploring the area, however, all we wanted to do was beach, eat, sleep and repeat, and it was wonderful. Communication was perfect and check-in and check out as well. Thanks and we will be back next year!

Great Views, Lots of Room & Family Fun

From great grandma to our littlest 11 mo. old granddaughter, we had a wonderful time on the beach, relaxing on the covered patio, and enjoying meals looking out the wall of glass windows at the spectacular view of the beach. My only critique is the dryer doesn't work well and the beds are quite soft and worn and could use a refresh. But the kitchen is stocked and there are games and books galore! Great place!

Great House in Superb Location

The property was just as advertised...right on the beach and fairly newly renovated. Beds and linens were all comfortable. Other than the bunk room all are ensuite bathrooms! Plenty of beach towels for your use and a very convenient and inexpensive ( owner subsidized) beach equipment rental program delivering chairs etc right toy our front door. Kitchen was well stocked. Downstairs covered deck was unique and a great gathering spot in the evening!

Our property is family owned and privately manged ensuring you'll receive personalized service. Emerald Shores is in a prime location. The property is situated on Scenic Gulf Drive and nestled directly on the white sandy shores with direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. With a modern kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter top space, perfect for cooking in. The kitchen and dining area over look the Gulf; both interior and exterior seating available. Emerald Shores has four large king bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, flat screen televisions (all with DirecTv), ceiling fans, and walk in closets. The bunk loft is perfect for children of all ages. 3 gulf facing decks offer ample space to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. The largest deck boast an outdoor shower, half bathroom, propane grill, outdoor seating, and beach toys. Great for families and young kids. Emerald Shores is a short distance to several restaurants including Whale's Tail, Pompano Joe's, and Surf Hut. Directly across the street is Dairy Queen, The Emerald Coast Winery (open daily with free wine tasting), and Bad Ass Coffee Shop. Check out our reviews for more perspective.
