PLATS, PLATS, PLATS! 3 våningar enstaka familjehem ligger Gulf Front på den vita sandstranden. Gäst går in i foajén med tillgång till tvättstugan och klättrar en trappsteg välkomnas med panoramautsikt över viken. Den 2: a våningen är den främsta boyta med utsikt över viken från köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet. Köket är värd för alla rostfria steeleapparater och extra fristående ismaskin för packning av kylare. Matbordet rymmer 6 gäster medan köket kan rymma ytterligare 6 personer. Vardagsrummet har en stor platt-tv med DirecTV och DVD-spelare. Det finns två sovrum på andra våningen, båda med en king size-säng och eget badrum. Den andra trappan leder till tredje våningen där barnen har fri tyg i våningssängen. Våningssängen har 2 våningssängar, 4 tvillingar totalt. Barnen har också en plattskärms-tv med DirecTv och Wii. Våningssängen har också ett eget badrum med fristående dusch. De återstående två gästrummen är också på denna nivå. Båda är kung sovrum med eget badrum och direkt tillgång till 3: e våningen balkong.

Hemmet har 3 privata balkonger totalt. Översta våningen balkongen är ett bra ställe att sola medan botten däck är bra ställe att söka skydd från värmen utan att förlora utsikten. Bottendäcket har ett stort sittutrymme, hängmatta, utomhusdusch, propangrill och halv badrum. Den här egenskapen har allt. Gäst behöver inte oroa sig för att korsa gatan eftersom fastigheten har direkt tillgång till stranden. Strandleksaker och handdukar finns också.

Emerald Shores ligger i ett utmärkt läge. Dairy Queen, Emerald Coast Winery, Badass kaffe, Paradise Found är alla direkt tvärs över gatan. En kvart av mil till öst är Circle K bensinstation och Fantasea Scooter Rentals. Barer... Whale's Tail, Pompanoe Joe's, The Beach Bar och Cabana är alla under en halv mil från hemmet.

What a view!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the house is fantastic, the multiple balconies, downstairs shaded deck area and quick access to the beach made this one of the best weeks for our family. Being right across the street from local coffee, dairy queen, and cafe was a huge plus! We wish the management company would have been more responsive about the wifi issues with some of the TV's, but overall it was a great experience that we'd be happy to repeat.

Beach dream

Incredible location. The house was perfect for our family group! The views were amazing. 3 balconies to hangout on (one under shade) to enjoy the beach. Plenty of room for our 3 families. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms!

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot for me and my friends from high school to get together. For five 64 year old ladies, the place was awesome. So many bedrooms and so many bathrooms. The lower deck was perfect to get out of the sun but still feel like we were on the beach. Would go again in a heartbeat!

The 4 King Bed Master Suites were perfect for our 4 couples and the place was very clean and in a great location. The staff were great to work with and very prompt when we needed help with a camode that gave us some issue...but they were very quick to respond and sent someone out quickly to assess the situation. Definitely a place we’d like to come back to in the future.

Miramar Beach House directly on the beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife wanted me to find a place directly on the beach so that we could hear the ocean. This property checked all the boxes. We were about 100 yards from the water's edge. We enjoyed the living area with full open view of the beach and water. We just had to walk down 1 level to access the open air first floor which had seating for the entire family to use as we went back and forth to the beach. A set of stairs led down to the beach area. This bottom floor area had a multitude of activities for playing in the sand and surf. It also had a handy water hose and shower so that we could clean up after spending a few hours on the beach. Our adult children commented many times about how they loved it. The 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms and bonus room with bunk beds was great for our family. We also visited the coffee shop and pizza restaurant located just across the street. Next visit we'll also pop into the Dairy Queen next door. We definitely plan to rent the property again in the future.

Very nice!

We loved the property — there were a few things that would have made it five star — outdoor seating need to be refreshed — better amenities in the bathrooms — checking to make sure the small details taken care of — But a LOVELY property — we would definitely rent here again!

Every bedroom had a full bath attached. Good size kitchen fully stocked. Large outdoor sitting area with grill, half bath, and plenty of beach toys. Easy access to beach!!!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this house and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect - coffee shop across the street and walk to Alvin’s Island. The house is amazing! Lots of great updates since last summer. Love the downstairs deck - big enough for all 9 of us to hang out and listen to the waves at night. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Lots of beach toys and tubes. My only complaint is that the initial set up is a little lacking - one extra roll of toilet paper and 3 trash bags for 9 people staying 5 days is not enough. Otherwise though everything was perfect and we will definitely be back!

fabulous location

This house was perfect for our vacation. The best part of it was that is it located directly on the beach. Our family of 11 was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The outside patio was very welcoming,,,,, only missing string party lights :) Will definitely book again next year!!!

Great for guy’s trip

Great spot for a friends trip. The bottom level deck is a great place to hang out in the evenings. Loved being able to walk right down to the beach from the bottom level. Would stay here again.

Come on Down

House is on beach! That is the only way to go! Most beds were quite comfortable. Bathrooms nice. Outside shower for sand removal was nice with some privacy. We ate home most of the time, could have used a larger starter kit of trash bags, paper towels since we were there a week. Air conditioner was working hard as we had it set to 73-74 and it was 76 almost always except at night or unless we were gone for a while. We are happy overall and are grateful they shared their home with us

Family Fun

What a great space for our large family vacation! They had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Our part of the beach was less crowded than many of the others. One thing to note - the house comes with completely beach service of 2 chairs & umbrella! The lower deck was a great spot to cool off & very convenient. Plenty of parking for all of our family members. We highly recommend!!

Best house on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Door code was sent via text. Once we were in it was nothing but the best vacation. We had people ranging from 68 years old to 4 year old. Everyone enjoyed the place. The second and third floor were living area with great kitchen and entertainment and 4 bedrooms with their own bath. The bunkroom at the top of the stairs Had its own bath. The deck below one first floor was excellent for sandy feet with a shower and 1/2 bath. Can't beat it!
