North Mission Beach stads med havsutsikt. Bara några steg till Stilla havet på ena sidan av gatan, och Sail Bay på andra sidan av gatan. Hot tub och uteplats w / grill tillgängliga för användning. Nära till allt som Mission & Pacific Beach har att erbjuda, gå överallt! Halvvägs mellan Garnet Ave & Belmont Park. Enheten har 2 privata sovrum med dubbelsängar. Det finns också luftmadrasser tillgängliga för dig. Utrymme rymmer 4-8 personer beroende på sovande arrangemang. Den utomhus är delad. Gäster är välkomna att använda uteplatsen och badtunna, men andra grannar kan använda det såväl från tid till annan. Vi har också några stranden leksaker etc. som du är välkommen att låna. Om du inte ser det, bara fråga, och vi kan nog låta dig låna den!

*** OBS: *** De sopbilar kommer i början tisdag och lördag morgon och de är mycket högt. Parkering är mycket snäv, de är typiska stranden fläckar. De är också TANDEM (rygg mot rygg). *** Stora fordon inte får plats !!! *** Inte lämna några värdesaker obevakade på fastigheten eller i bilen. Mission Beach har också smeknamnet "Missing" Beach för en anledning. *** Den här fastigheten ligger på Mission Blvd som är en två körfält, relativt hög trafik, huvudgatan som går genom området. Räkna med lite trafik och fotgängare buller på alla timmar natten. Se också till att du något emot all sopning meddelanden på Mission Blvd. ***

Great time

Me and my friends had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was one of the best that we have had. He was very responsive and understanding. There were no problems during our stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Good property

It worked well for our family and was really convenient for walking to the beach. The only downside I'd note is that the upstairs blinds could use some repairs, but other than that, we found the property comfortable, easy to use, and it met our needs. The owner was easy to contact and responsive to messages.

Great place and location

The house was great and the location was perfect. Easy walk to food and nightlife, while being less than 200ft from the beach.

Perfect Location!

The 1 minute walk to the beach is hard to beat. The property was as we expected and the host was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

Great beach house!!

This beach house was everything we were looking for! Great location right by the beach! House was clean and had amenities for the beach! Hot tub was amazing!

Location!

Kids just wanted the beach, and it was nice being so close! We all had our own "space" which was also nice. Lawrence was very responsive, and we had no issues!

Very clean!

The house was super comfortable and clean. Fit 4 adults and 1 teen perfect. The shared courtyard was no issue with rental unit. I would stay again for sure.

What an awesome place. Everything we needed to Fish, Tango, go to Mission and Pacific Beach, & celebrate a Milestone Birthday. Beach a couple blocks away and our events within 5 miles. Very awesome 8 days!

Location is fabulous!

Location can't be beat! Property layout was great and unit was clean but needed a few maintenance items taken care of (owner very receptive to feedback). Hot tub was a bonus and was also clean. Patio needed some cleaning up. Would definitely give this one another try. Overall an excellent value for location and we look forward to coming back.

Great beach location

Stayed 3 nights. Bedrooms downstairs, living and kitchen upstairs. Nicely updated living and kitchen, bath. Beds comfortable. Good amount of kitchen supplies. Walking distance to beach, which is where we spent most our time. Unit is on heavily traversed street, but traffic noise was not bad. More from people, neighbors. Walking distance to some restaurants and beach shops. Overall, we found it to be perfect for our time relaxing and playing in the sand. Very thankful for the parking spot (small to mid size vehicles).

Awesome trip

My wife and I came down here with our 3 kids (all under 10) and mother-in-law. The space was perfect! We had our own bedroom/bathroom, our mother-in-law had her own private room, and the couches/sofa chair combo had plenty of space for our kids to sleep. The upstairs bathroom by the kitchen was perfect for the kids and the shower was great. Having an outdoor shower and indoor laundry was a must for the family and used multiple times per day, since it is less than a 1 minute walk to the ocean and 5 minutes to the bay if you want calmer water. Lawrence was a great host, easy to communicate with, and there were no surprises. I would definitely return.

Excellent location, very close to both the beach and the bay.

We loved the location. So close to everything, less than a block to both the beach and the bay! Lots to do within walking distance or a bike ride away. While it was on a busy road, the noise level was not an issue at night if we had the windows closed. Loved having the hot tub and bicycles for use. It is also close to many major attractions. A couple of suggestion would be to better stock the kitchen for washing dishes, such as a dish drainer, or more dish towels and to fix the bedroom blind. Overall it was a great stay, and Lawrence was wonderful. We very much appreciate him being very helpful and responsive to whatever was needed. Thanks Lawrence!

Needs some work

Great location! Clean! Couch was in terrible shape, lumpy and coming apart at seams. Towel rack needs to be replaced in lower bathroom. VERY basic kitchen... a few more glasses would help. No way to stop up sink for dishwashing... the plug provided did not help. Smoke detectors not working.

Good place for the price point

Owner was very responsive to questions and was available if anything was needed. The living room and kitchen area were very open and bright. It was a short stroll to the beach which was awesome and the location was great relative to what San Diego has to offer - close to all the freeways/downtown/old town. The off street parking spot was a little difficult to fit into at first but what a bonus especially because on street parking in that area is hard to come by. Downside - bedrooms are downstairs/street level. One faces the main street so it can get pretty loud at night (especially on weekend nights with walking bar traffic). Could use a few updates to furniture but for the price and location, it worked out great!
