This stunning condo features a master suite with a queen bed and an ensuite and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bathroom with a tub shower combo. This is enough space to accommodate 4 people comfortably. In addition to the gulf views, this complex offers a community pool and direct access to the beach. Cook a lovely meal in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice cocktail on the balcony! Enjoy your next vacation at Emerald Isle 704!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

This condo was the perfect spot—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the balcony views, and during our stay, we were directly on the flight path for the Blue Angels, we had a front-row seat on the private balcony . Everything was well-stocked, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again! Just claim both of your parking spots early as on busy weekend the condominium runs out of parking spaces.

Condo is beautiful and clean. Would recommend putting curtains up in the front bedroom. The light shining through the blinds is a lot. Also the front bathroom could be more functional, there’s no countertop just a pedestal sink. Overall our trip was great just throwing out a few suggestions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo! The view of the Gulf was absolutely beautiful, and we loved being just a short walk from restaurants and shops. The condo was spacious, the kitchen was fairly well equipped, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony - the furniture out there was comfortable and perfect for taking in the view.There downside was the elevator wait times could be long (sometimes over 10 minutes), and some high-touch areas like bathroom cabinets and doors could use a more thorough cleaning. That said, we had a good time overall and appreciated the location and space. We’d consider staying here again.

Perfect location and great views

Very reasonable price. Clean condo with beautiful views, no obstructions whatsoever. A very short walk to the boardwalk which has an excellent variety of restaurants and shops. Located directly on the beach.

Beds are not comfortable, half of the electrical outlets do not work, kitchen cookware needs updating and overall cleanliness of the unit could be better. For the price of this unit, owners can do better.

The unit has great views but poor amenities. Mold in bathrooms, dirty floors, stains on furniture & obviously dirty, had to put covers on the couch. Dirty rugs, dirty appliances with food stains, sticky fingerprints on windows, drawers easily fall out of dressers, uncomfortable beds & living room furniture. Exterior patio doors wouldn’t lock. Felt like we were staying in a run down motel. Elevators poorly lit with no AC, paint flaking off walls. Obvious upgrades to security access were good. I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons but for over 400/night, it should be clean and comfortable. Unit desperately needs furniture and kitchen upgrade.

Poor management company

The property itself was great. However, the codes were a constant issue. I had to contact several times because the code to the front door didn’t work at the pedestrian gate or the pool gate. One time we were locked out on the beach at night yelling for someone to let us in. Also I had a parking permit but got 3 parking violation stickers which were placed directly on my rental car window. Management company just could not get it right.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

It was very nice!! A couple of minor repairs were needed, the curtain covering the door to exit to the balcony needed some attention and the door itself needed the lock repaired, other than that I loved it!! Hope I can stay there again soon!! Thank you all for being so kind & helpful!!!

Nice Place

Very nice unit. Gorgeous views; great location; responsive owner; clean; comfortable beds; adequately stocked. Even though the owners let us check in about 30 minutes early, they were inflexible about a later checkout. I get the sense they are super strict on check-in / out times ... even when no other guests are coming or going ... which doesn't benefit anyone and comes across as unwelcoming. Book another unit if you desire flexibility. If you don't mind strict check in / out times, you'll be very happy here.

Emerald Isle

The door did not lock and was hard to shut. The appliances were outdated. The unit had stains on the couch and loveseat. When you sat on the couch it made a noise like a farting sound. I noticed that the sliding door on the master bedroom had stains on it. Also the washer dryer was old and outdated. The property needs to be updated. We had to contact property manager to tell them that the hall bathroom shower had no knob. Also had to ask them for the gate code as they never sent it to us. Also the big pool could not be used. We were told it would be operational on Friday and that never happened. I think I would look at another until if I ever came back. Very disappointed since paid all this money. Have rented other VBRO's and they all had updated appliances and washer/dryer and no stains on any furniture and was extremely clean.

Just okay

If you are looking for a bare bones rental on a beautiful beach, this might be for you. For our family, this unit was not on par with the standard we have come to expect vacationing in this area. Reviews on VRBO were misleading. Pros: Communication and check in with property managers was easy and efficient. They were responsive to our concerns (see below). Location is great, walkable to many restaurants, shops, etc. Emerald Isle itself is clean, no trouble getting an elevator except on Saturday afternoon when rentals were switching over. Beach is beautiful, easy access to beach. Chair rental company employees were great. Cons: Unit is very dated and not up to cleanliness standards. Evidence that it had not been thoroughly cleaned after last guests apparent in several places. Sliding door to patio had a broken seal which made it difficult to open and very loud. Property management came and attempted to fix it but problem persisted. Dishwasher leaked all over kitchen floor. Multiple lightbulbs burnt out (again, we complained and they were then replaced). Beds were small and uncomfortable. Patio furniture also dated and uncomfortable. Couch pillows dirty. This is a bare bones rental. If you are used to staying in places with a few extras, this isn’t for you. Didn’t even have salt/pepper, coffee filters, hairdryer, etc.
