I cannot say enough good things should the property and the host. This was a family holiday and there were 10 adults and 2 young children. The house was so big that we all fit very comfortably with room to spare. The pool was the highlight of our stay - it was even better than pictured. House is very well equipped with two great kitchens and everything needed to feel like home away from home. We had an amazing time. I would recommend a car of you are staying.

The host was incredible, friendly and quick to respond. The house is kept in a very upper scale quality. 5min by car away from the beach and 45min into Rome. The owner lives downstairs in the basement, however you feel you have the house to yourself since he has a different entrance and gives you a lot of privacy at the same time he is always open to help.

This review is long overdue… What an apartment!!! We has such an amazing time in Ladispoli! Caesar and Miho were the perfect hosts.. they met us on arrival and helped us get oriented with the neighbourhood (and to get us into our parking spot!) The property was exactly as listed- very clean, and smartly-designed. Great kitchen facilities with everything you could think of - including gas range, all kitchen equipment and fantastic espresso-maker The separate air conditioners in each bedroom really helped with the heat wave - and the black out shutters in every room made it possible to have deep sleeps every night… Can’t say enough about the Japanese toilet either!! We liked it so much we got one at home when we returned!! We absolutely loved being so close to the gorgeous black-sand beach and watching the sunset every night. Restaurants all along the promenade were fantastic and affordable - and the fact that we were able to take a 1/2 hour train to Rome for the day and be back in our cozy beachside abode at night- was such a bonus. It really felt like home. Definitely will be back!!

The villa was in the perfect location for our needs. Not too far from the train station or market. The owners were very kind.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful poolside villa for four days while attending a baptism of a friend's baby nearby. The villa is next to the pool in the garden of a bigger house and was compact but very comfortably furnished with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The host Filippo was charming and welcoming and made us feel very at home with his own homemade prosecco and mini pizzas and his dogs gave endless hours of amusement to the children dropping pine cones into the pool for the children to throw for him. Robin will be sorely missed! There was so much to see including Filippo's pigs and piglets, chickens, geese, goats and an amazing vineyard. We tasted the delicious wine that they produce as well and it was fascinating to see how they make and store the wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to rent.

It was just what we needed. Very spacious, great kitchen, lovely views of the beach and sea. Nice balcony and breezes even on a hot day. Very relaxing! Great proximity to Rome via train and the airport by car or train. Some loud music on weekend nights from the local establishments, but that was fine (end of May, might be seasonal). Overall highly recommend!
