Summit National Scout Reserve cabin rentals

We had a great time and the property was great! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. The viewing area of the bridge is an awesome perk!

This was one of the best places I have stayed! It was quiet. It was peaceful. Perfect place to disconnect and just be. I did not turn on the tv at all. as an added bonus, I saw a shooting star. Book this cozy cabin and you will not regret it.

Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, coffee maker, nice kitchen, all the things to enjoy a cabin stay. Close to the National park to enjoy also. Love that it was pet friendly!

We stayed here for a few days to explore the New River Gorge. Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. We did several hikes, using the house as a "base camp" and it worked out perfect. We drove south once to the Grandview Overlook, which was about 45 minutes, and are glad we didn't choose to stay down there! Communication with the host was wonderful; they were always responsive and helpful with all our questions. We loved the hot tub as that was always a great way to start the day.Overall, we had a great stay! Thank you for letting us come!

Although about 5 minutes from Rt. 19, the location of the rental has a nice forest view from the deck with no neighbors in sight. The floor plan accommodated my group of five well and, upon arrival, the cabin was exceptionally clean- it even smell nice. If it is important to you, the outdoor are was every bit as nice as the cabin itself.
