This house had a great layout and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa! It was clean, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating for our family. We especially loved having the pool right outside the villa and being just a short walk from the beach.Beatrix made us feel so at home, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. We highly recommend this location to anyone planning a stay in St. Augustine, and we definitely plan on coming back!

Condo is well maintain, the area is quiet and family friendly, and the owner of the condo is wonderful. The beach is beautiful and there is a lot to do in the town.

The place was even better than advertised. Every detail was carefully selected. Definitely one of our favorite rentals ever!

We can't say enough great things about this home. The home is beautiful and nestled a short walk from St. Augustine's historic district. We were impressed with the lovely furnishings. There was plenty of space for our two families and 3 dogs. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We walked with the 4 kids to the historic district and back twice to shop and check out the lights. We stopped to get some hot cocoa and check out the jail along the way. We hope to stay there again in the future when we have another family get together. Thank you to our hosts!!

This vacation home has everything you could possibly need. There is an ample supply of beach chairs, beach towels, bathroom linens, extra paper products (TP and paper towels), laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets etc etc! We traveled with 9 family members aging from 4 yrs old to 82. My parents loved being able to drive on the beach. This was particularly helpful for my 82 yr old stepfather with Parkinson’s. On days they didn’t feel like going to the beach, they played cards on the lovely balcony. The house also had a wonderfully stocked cabinet with games. This allowed us to leave technology behind for a while and enjoy quality family time. Our 4 yr old grandson loved trying to learn old school Battleship. The beds and pillows were phenomenal. Easily the best beds I’ve slept on while on vacation. Our host was super responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a wonderful home to get away with friends or family, this is just perfect. Thanks for having us! We are looking forward to a return visit

Perfect setting for family to gather … for whatever reason !

This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. We shortened our stay, following the guidelines, days were changed almost immediately and received the refund in less than a day.The the communication, Villa and location was the best! 10 on a 1-10 scale!! We are planning a return visit already, Thanks Glenn
