My name is Beatrix and I am the owner of the villa. I have always cleaned my rental because nobody cleans good enough for me :) and when you read the reviews renters appreciate the cleanliness of the unit!


Two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, screened-in patio, designated parking in front of the unit, just steps away from the front door, all on one floor.

The house is part of the Saint Augustine Beach and Tennis Condominiums which is an oceanfront complex located in Saint Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island. This house is not oceanfront but only a short boardwalk away from the ocean. You have the advantage of not paying for an oceanfront condominium but you can use all the facilities that come with the complex.

For example the gated private complex pool is right behind the dunes. It is as if you have your own beach club with two pools - one eight-feet deep, one lap pool, with shower and restrooms. You can spend your day at the pool or just walk a short distance over the walkway to the ocean!

Smart Lock Keyless Entry- You chose your own code for your rental which is only valid for the duration of your stay. This makes a walk on the beach so much easier without worrying about losing the key. This modern experience will provide you with more safety and security and peace of mind!

The house is part of a row with six other units which gives you a lot more privacy than a condominium and you will find it very peaceful. The villa was newly remodeled to make your stay even more comfortable. We want you to make this your home-away-from-home. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully accessorized and very spacious with lots of counter space. We provide a regular Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig K 15 single brew Coffee Maker!

The dining area includes a table and chairs that seats four, with sliding doors to the patio. Connected to the dining area is the living room with a couch, loveseat, and a chair. After a day of fun in the sun a new 49-inch Sony 4K TV with Netflix included and DVD Player will guarantee you a nice and relaxing evening on the couch if you are to tired for the excitement Saint Augustine has to offer!

A large, screened-in patio is furnished with a table, four chairs, and two lounge chairs overlooking the pond. The master bedroom has a King size bed with connecting bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom, with a new plush King size mattress, has a 19 inch LCD TV. You have also access from the master bedroom to the patio. The guest bedroom has twin beds with new pillow top mattresses and its own bathroom. Guest bedroom with IPOD docking station clock radio ( bring your IPOD). Linens and towels are provided. The laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience in your villa.

Tennis at the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club is available for an hourly rate, with 10 clay courts (eight with lights). Tennis lessons are available with the Club pro.
A massage therapist is available.

Sightseeing - when not relaxing on the beach you can visit the oldest city in the nation wonderful historic Saint Augustine which is only 15 minutes away. Saint Augustine offers the Castillo de San Marco, Oldest School House, Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm, carriage rides, wonderful art galleries, shops, fine restaurants, and so much more. Two outlet shopping malls are just 20 minutes away.

Sports - surfing, fishing, boating, and, of course, golf is located close by. Golfers will enjoy the World Gold Village with all its amenities.

It is a turnkey vacation - just bring your clothes and some sunscreen!

You'll never forget Nights of Lights in St. Augustine and the Beaches... Florida's Historic Coast! Nights of Lights traditionally begin the Saturday before the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, Nights of Lights 'turns on'
November 15, 2025, and continues through January 11, 2026.

During Nights of Lights, St. Augustine glows with holiday magic - from the ground to the rooftops. Selected by National Geographic in 2011 & 2012 as one of the ten best holiday lighting displays in the world, St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights feature millions of tiny white lights that create a magical atmosphere in the Nation’s oldest city.

The spectacular lighting, with its roots in the Spanish tradition of displaying a white candle in the window during the Christmas holidays, reflects the city’s 449-year history and creates a beautiful setting for lasting holiday memories.

The Annual Nights of Lights celebration kicks off on November 15 at 6:30 p.m. in St. Augustine’s Plaza de la Constitucion. Holiday music and the lighting of the city’s Christmas tree accompany the official 'Lights On!'
