Had a long weekend and the cottage was really nicely kept. The hosts were accommodating and helpful. The location is outstanding for the Abbey, walks and out of the way relaxation.

A perfect little getaway for me and my dog. Location was beautiful and quiet and the courtyard garden safe and enclosed for the dog. The cottage is well equipped and clean. The hosts are lovely and friendly and recommended places to walk in the area. Would definitely return again!

I booked this house for a weekend in Nottingham with 9 friends for my birthday over Easter. The property looks just like the photos, though more pictures of the other rooms and sofa bed would be helpful.Pros:The house was warm, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen was fab with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The living room was cosy with great WiFi and streaming options. The dining room was perfect for our Easter dinner, and free on-street parking was always available for our four cars.The location was convenient for getting around, the beds were comfy, and the master bedroom was spacious with great lighting—perfect for getting ready. The property management team were fantastic and very helpful.Cons (minor):The kitchen lacked a few essentials like enough cutlery, scissors, bin bags, and tea/coffee supplies. Only 3 toilet rolls were provided for 10 people, and there was no hand soap. The first-floor shower was tricky to turn off, and the house had a musty smell on arrival.

This property is exactly as listed. The High Street was within walking distance. Communication and check-in were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Location was great for our purpose. Matched the listing and had everything we needed. Will stay there again for visits.

Having a clean, secure VRBO to return to every night after watching the tournament was so relaxing. We could walk to a market, cook our meals, wash our clothes and enjoy a lovely view. It was a bit warm in July but the fans helped.

This house was ideal for our needs and the owner who lived next door was extremely helpful. The whole stay went without a hitch and I can see us using it again.

Lovely place to stay with easy access to family in Mansfield. Comfortable bed, sufficiently fast WIFI, and well appointed!
