This is a wonderful place to stay with your family or friends. We stayed in lower level ( 4 adults). We had a Jeep and were there for 3 nights. We never cooked, but the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted. You are 6 min drive to town and about 15-20 mins from many beautiful beaches. The beach right in front is quiet. Perfect to have coffee in the morning. You wake up and go to bed with the sound of the ocean. The property has plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers. Greg was a fantastic host. Plan to be back again

The views day and night were out of this world. We took our family of 16 people. The house fit everyone extremely comfortably. The kitchen has absolutely everything you may need. There is an ice maker for ice. All beds were comfortable and plenty of supplies for everyone. The third floor views were spectacular. The pool was well kept and huge. The beach in front was perfect for a daily dip. The yard in front was perfect for volleyball , soccer or kites. Karen was attentive each day of our stay. And helped us with anything needed. Thank you so much for an amazing experience that we will never forget! We will surely be back again!Edelweiss

This house is absolutely amazing, the location is perfect - the property is meticulously maintained. Pros: - private secluded beach in gated development - house is absolutely gorgeous and huge - pool overlooks the ocean - wonderful views from anywhere on the property - walkable to where you can rent a UTV to get around the island (about $80/day) - 10 minutes from the vieques airport (definitely fly to the island the ferry is a royal pain…. It’s a 17 min flight from SJU and only about $180… well worth it) -Rene is communicative, helpful, polite - awesome host -Rene’s assistant, Naiomy (sp) is fantastic - she helped us so much during the stay - everything from showing us about the house to giving us restaurant recommendations Cons: -none Definitely book this place - you won’t regret it!

This property was exactly as listed as far as photos go. Really well taken care of, felt safe and the view is unbeatable. Just a heads up that VRBO will show that this location is in the middle of the island, closer to the southern part of the island, when in fact it is located on the northern part of the island. The island is less than 5 miles wide though, so not a huge deal. Berto, the manager of the home was awesome, quick to respond and very friendly. You are a short walk from the beach, the pool was perfection any time of day, and the rooms were comfortable. We took over the whole home for our family reunion. The two rooms on the bottom level were very private and smelled like a spa :). These can be rented separately and even have a separate entrance and parking if needed. Big open kitchen with and great outdoor seating area! it really was just a perfect home for us! I would love to come back and stay on this property!

This tiny house was the highlight of our vacation in Puerto Rico. If you are staying in Vieques -- look no further. You want to stay at this place - view is perfect, so clean, close to everything -- it is amazing.

We stayed there (8 friends) and it was the perfect house for a large group. It's almost like a little hotel where most rooms have their own entrance. Clean, safe, and one of the prettiest views ever from the pool. Hope to stay there again sometime.
