Find lake rentals near Weldon Brook Wildlife Management Area

This house was the perfect lakeside location and overall just as described. It’s essentially a step above glamping, so as long as your expectations are in line with that, you’ll really enjoy it. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and we had no issues during our stay.There are quite a few stairs, especially if you plan to spend time on the dock or head out so double check that you’ve got everything with you before making the trip up or down! That said, the stairs are clearly shown in the listing photos, so we knew what to expect.

This Lake Hopatcong lakefront property is exactly as shown/described online. We had dinner on the dock and made smores at the fire pit. The neighbors were friendly which is not always true when staying in a rental property. We'll consider another stay next year.

This property was the ideal spot for my family in between houses. Beautiful yard and lake view. Lots of walking trails. House had everything we needed. Close to stores, rt 10. Easy gor everyone to get to work. Jen was super responsive and great communicator. We are so grateful!

While my daughter attended a wedding at lake Mohawk we babysat our infant granddaughter - stayed the week to enjoy some fishing and canoe/kayaking on the private lake- house is as pictured and place has a very cool vibe to it! Beds were comfy- plenty of towels - and very peaceful and relaxing! Saw plenty of deer/rabbits/a gopher/ and even had a sighting of the neighborhood bear family (which stayed a good distance away but could be seen walking through the nearby outline of the woods!) Neighbors who have lived there for years were friendly and told us the bears have been there longer than any human resident and there has never been any issues with them) We loved it!

This property was just what we needed. It was so considerate of the host to have coffee, creamers and a few other condiments available.Check in went smoothly and the owner was so easy to communicate with

Our group had an amazing time, The house is as advertised and the host is extremely attentive and responsive.

We found the cottage to be very clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Though we ate only breakfast in there were ample supplies and cooking materials if you wanted to eat in. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it.
