The size of the apartment was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms were a plus. It was a perfect location and the parking was safe. The property is in a quiet area; perfectly close to a beach, bakery and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family made its second trip to Rincon Puerto Rico for the entire month of June. This VRBO listing was exactly as promised pristinely clean, easy to access off the main road and within minutes to beautiful beaches and adventures in each direction we arrived June 1 departed June 30 and filled each day full of tons of baseball beach adventures hiking Waterfalls rainforest, enjoying the culture, enjoying the food and so much more. With ease of communication there was never an issue that we couldn’t find a quick answer to the only thing I might have changed would be an outdoor grill in the common area to share beyond that it was very easy to make things work for an entire month Washing machine, and dryer work immaculately everything was brand new condition. No musty smells nothing that would be displeasing I hope this review helps somebody make a choice to stay at this beautiful property and enjoy all there is in the area and all around.

Everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in Rincon! We enjoyed the covered porches, the pool, and easy access to beaches, shops and dining

Location and stay was very pleasant. Finding the room was a little tricky but once inside it felt very homey. The unit had everything we needed for 4 nights. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work but everything else was great. Well stocked supplies for beaches etc. I would definitely return again

The condo was just the right size for us and being on the 7th floor provided us with great views of the water. We could hear the waves all night long, which we find very relaxing. It can easily accommodate 4 people, 6 might be a little tight but doable.The building is clean and the elevator powered by a generator if the power should go out.The owner was very responsive to our questions.Definitely would rent here again. We love the Rincon area and return here frequently.

Wonderful place steps from the ocean/sea with open space, a wraparound porch, and a great backyard. Spent alot of time there. Tsur and Steven were fabulous
