Ikke mange egenskaper er 100%. Rincon er vakker og ren igjen og restauranter er åpne. Kom for å hjelpe PR å gjenopprette og nyte vår fantastiske øy.

Ny, moderne havutsikt Villa ligger på åssiden av Rincon i en tropisk canyon, kun få minutter fra surfing og svømming strender. Perfekt for familie gateways, sammenkomster, yoga, SUP og surfe retreater. Villaen har 6 soverom (7 soverom er valgfritt) og 5 bad komfortabelt imøtekommende 12-16 personer. Alle rommene har luftkondisjonering, TV / DVD, mini-kjøleskap, takvifte og WiFi. Fullt utstyrt gourmetkjøkken, stue og spisestue med panoramautsikt over havet og solnedgangen. Great property for family gatherings or 6-7 couples. Stellar ocean and countryside views. Pool and game room were bonus items. Owner lives on the premises and is readily available for any trouble shooting. Friendly dogs included!

The 4 days stayed was so beautiful. Everyone was very comfortable with their stay. It has a pool, toys for the kids so much to do as the adults.Roger is an excellent host. He was there at all times if we had questions. If you have a large group that’s the place tone. I highly recommend this house.

Great stay for a girl’s trip.

Roger was super helpful with the check in process and solving some initial issues with the property amenities. The fitness area was not exactly as pictured on the site, however that did not detract from all the other features that were as depicted. I recommend the property for families and small groups.

Family-Friendly Surfing Retreat with Stellar Host Support

If you're planning a surfing trip to Puerto Rico, Rincon than Roger's place is a fantastic choice! The house is ideally located, offering easy access to numerous beautiful beaches and excellent surf spots. You get the convenience of being close to downtown Rincon without actually being in the busy center.The house itself is well-appointed and perfect for relaxation. We stayed there during the Christmas and New Year's holidays, and the fireworks on New Year's Eve were amazing to watch from the third-floor deck. We were a group of 8 (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 child), and there was plenty of space for everyone. Whether we wanted to gather together or enjoy some personal time, the house accommodated all our needs.A major perk of the house is the solar panels and Tesla backup batteries. During our stay, Puerto Rico experienced a major power outage that lasted several days. Thanks to the solar panels and backup batteries, we didn't even realize the power was out! Our stay was not impacted at all.We also rented surfboards from Roger, and he gave us great advice on which surf spots to check out and how to navigate the area. Roger is the ultimate host and a great local concierge. He was an incredible resource for anything we needed during our stay.Our group would highly recommend Roger and his house for anyone visiting Rincon!

Fun spot for family gathering

Roger's house was a good home base for our group of 10 (ranging in age from 10 to 81). The game room and pool were great amenities for the younger set, and we all enjoyed the spacious living room/ dining room and the second floor verandah. Bedrooms were well-appointed and AC worked. The kitchen was spacious but less clean than we would have liked. Multiple refrigerators were welcome. Roger was a friendly and helpful presence. It was a treat to have coffee amongst the tropical flowers and hummingbirds on the yoga deck!

Paradise getaway

Home was amazing. Well stocked. Just as pictured. Roger met us at check in since we arrived after dark to show us around. He made us feel very welcome. Was available for any questions. Views are amazing. My favorite spots were by the pool and the hammock on the top floor.so relaxing and just our family needed.

Sweet 16 Getaway

My family and I traveled to Rincon and stayed at Roger’s place. We had more than enough space for our group of 11. The amenities were all great, including the pool and workout space! We loved that we were all able to dine together as a family for dinner in both of the indoor and outdoor spaces. All of our family enjoyed this property and we would definitely book again!

Great stay!

This property is tucked up in the mountains with a beautiful view of the ocean and Rincon. Very spacious and clean! The view from the pool was so beautiful that we thoroughly enjoyed making it the evening hangout spot! The host attended to all our needs promptly! We will come back again when we return to Rincon. Short driving distance to some of the most beautiful beaches! We didn’t need air conditioning during the day as the breeze through the house was perfect! The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups! It has a common area with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and three on the bottom level. We did not use the 7th bedroom, which, I believe, was on the main level.

Perfect for our college age son and friends

We took our freshman son and 4 friends to PR for spring break. They picked the house because of the pool and game room, and used it all! Easy drive to the beach, grocery store, downtown Rincòn. Another plus - we wanted to try surfing, and Roger hooked us up. We had a great experience with the beach he picked and the instructors he arranged for us. Beds were very comfortable and the AC in each bedroom worked well. Kitchen is stocked, although dishes and pots/pans are a little hodge podge - only one rack in the oven - but we made it all work and cooked 3 nights during our trip. Love the outdoor grill with the griddle. House is a little dated, but the boys didn’t care at all and it didn’t detract from our stay. Great sunset view from the porch on the top level - with the hammock! Great week overall - Roger is a fantastic host!! Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Rincon Vacation

Fantastic house in every way! Literally had something for everyone. Spacious very comfortable rooms, wonderful kitchen, game room, pool and outdoor spaces, fabulous views! This place has it all. Great access to Rincon beaches but remote enough to be quiet for our early sleepers. Best host ever!

Beautiful and quiet space with lovely amenities

Myself and friends stayed for my birthday week and had an amazing time. The pool and views were gorgeous, not to mention getting to town and other areas of interest was a breeze. Loved the rooms and the kitchen was great for group dinner prep- not to mention lots of privacy when needed due to what a large space it was. Checkin process included 30 min of details given in person by Roger, who was very nice, but I wish it had been in writing- otherwise it was a dream and my group now wants to come back and stay another time. We loved it! Thanks again Roger for hosting

Fantastic house for big families looking for eco-adventure.

We stayed in early January of 2024 and had a fantastic time in Rincon. Roger, the owner and property manager is super helpful and is a 20+ year surf instructor. We were 12 people - two families with 4 young adults each. Highlights: - Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. - Big kitchen and common room. - Pool, patio, light weight room, and game room. - 10 minute walk downhill to coffee food truck (big hike back up!). - Drive to shopping, beach, surfing, and scuba in 10 minutes. - Drive to mountains, caving, and bio-bay in 1.5 hours. - Be sure to go to the Rincon art walk every Thursday night - big party in downtown Rincon.

The property was perfect for us! The pool was clean and the right temp. The location was spot on for our beach visits. Roger is an excellent host and great surfing instructor! We would stay here again in a minute!

Rincon Trip

Had a wonderful stay at Roger’s house. House was comfortable and large; had everything needed to relax and have fun. Pool, game room, outdoor gym. Close to town center of Rincon and the beaches. Roger was great host and we had a blast surfing with him. Highly recommend.

Simply Perfect!

This house is amazing and perfect for a big family. Kitchen and common area are on the middle floor making it convenient for resting quietly in the bedrooms. Roger was so kind and helpful, it really made our stay superb. Frieda and Taino were very welcoming ;) We recommend it 100%. Hope we can come back for a lovely family time. Game room and gym area were teenager's favorite hangout place.

Nice place just not for us

Nice home, nice dogs, great area, just not for us. We felt like our every move was watched. Probably just us because we are used to more privacy when we rent a home (kind of the point though, right?). Roger actually came into the home when he didn't realize I was there with my 3 sons but my husband and daughter were gone with the cars. After this we were all pretty ready to go. I'd say it was also odd how he stared at my 21 year old daughter constantly during the surf lesson, although kids really did have an awesome time surfing. The city water was pretty much non-existent during our stay and we had to use the water pump which Roger was awesome at setting up and ensuring we had but he also unplugged it alot. There were 9 of us so I felt like all we were doing was running down stairs to plug it in so someone could wash their hands or flush the toilet. By the end we were pretty over it and all ready to take long hot showers. There was also dog poop around the pool and yard we had to keep cleaning up so the kids didn't step in it. We still had a great time though. But when we were leaving back to the airport the kids said Roger was mumbling under his breath and seemed unhappy. I'm not sure why but I think we are pretty respectful guests and it made the kids pretty uncomforable. Anyhow, he has alot of great reviews so different strokes for different folks I guess. Just not for us.

What a wonderful home!! thanks Roger for being a great host

Our family of 13 went to PR to spread our dad’s ashes and have a celebration of his life. Roger the owner communicated with me from the night before we traveled and during our travel day. He was waiting for us upon arrival, took the time to show us everything in detail and was always available to answer any and all questions. We had a wonderful family party with live music and catering. The property was absolutely perfect, even the neighbors came and enjoyed with us! It was an absolute fantastic experience from the beginning to the end. The house is high on the mountaintop and was hard to find at first but thanks to Roger, he gave us exact directions to follow on google maps. Thanks Roger for making this celebration so memorable to me and my family!

Very nice location

I did like the property…very quite, except at night..that’s when the frog’s started there party…LOL. I would have liked air conditioning in the living room as it got hot when we cooked and also a television in each room that worked would of been nice. There where 12 of us and 2 televisions. I thought rogers sister was very nice and the dogs were nice.

Relaxing and Fun Island Getaway

Absolutely beautiful house with and incredible view. Can enjoy just as is with the private pool and game room or venture out and about to the surrounding beaches and venues. This house was perfect for our large family, lots of cooking, grilling and eating out opertunities. Will definitly consider renting this home away from home again, but would want to stay longer than a week next time! Roger and his Sister were fantastic hosts and avalible when needed.

Roger has surfed the shores of Brazil, Australia, Fiji, Hawaii, Peru, Portugal, France, Indonesia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Panama, California, and of course, Puerto Rico. He leads a team of experienced CPR-trained surf instructors who provide exceptional surf instruction and positive reinforcement. Roger decided to build a nice Villa in a Paradise and Rincon was his choice. He will make your stay at Surf787 truly memorable.

The property is located on the hillside of Rincon. It is very private and safe and it has the most beautiful ocean and sunset views.

The Villa is unique because it can accommodate comfortably 16 people and it is location make it the perfect gateway. You are only 5 minutes from everywhere in town but when you are at the Villa it feels like a mini plantation with plenty of hammocks to rest and lots of privacy and peace.
