Perfect for family gateways, get-togethers, yoga, SUP and surf retreats. The Villa has 6 bedrooms (7 bedroom is optional) and 5 bathrooms comfortably accommodating 12-16 people. All guest rooms have A/C,TV/DVD, mini-refrigerator, ceiling fan and WiFi.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room with panoramic ocean and sunset views. Tastefully landscaped swimming pool and BBQ house, yoga studio and private game room with pool table, ping pong table, dart board, board games and work out equipment. Parking for 6-8 vehicles. Available year round. Minimum 3 nights stay.

He leads a team of experienced CPR-trained surf instructors who provide exceptional surf instruction and positive reinforcement. The Villa is unique because it can accommodate comfortably 16 people and it is location make it the perfect gateway. You are only 5 minutes from everywhere in town but when you are at the Villa it feels like a mini plantation with plenty of hammocks to rest and lots of privacy and peace.
