The apartment is exactly as described and does not disappoint. Beautiful views, quiet friendly town, and a well kept and elegant apartment. It's has everything you need and more. The owner is great to work with and has tons of information about all the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was perfectly located for day trips in the region and into Munich. The host met us as we pulled into the parking lot. The apartment had coffee and other essentials. There was even a jar of home made jelly waiting for us. The apartment was the perfect size for 4 adults. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fairly easy self check-in process. The provided pics were a big help. There's a supermarket and a bakery just up the street.

Hostess was wonderful walked us in, was warm friendly and laughing & an example of warm German hospitality. Offered us beers that were in the fridge which was a nice touch. Beautiful large open kitchen to 2nd floor patio to enjoy gorgeous view of well manicured back yard and surroundings. Nice big Family room with extra sleeping big main bedroom with lovely backyard views. Shower & washing machine in bathroom were great. 8-10 min walk to main train that gets you in the city. It was wonderful, good value & we will be back

Our little cottage was perfect. The pullout couch was more comfortable than a typical bed. The outside deck was comfortable with grapes within reach. Everything that was needed was in the cottage. And we loved the village also

The owners are next door - the home is furnished & accessorized beautifully. Toys, books, for child and an extensive library for adults. Book fast - already filled up for our dates next year!

We stayed in this home over Easter in 2018, and Diessen was a beautiful Bavarian town with scenic views of the lake and the nearby alps. Sabine was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and we enjoyed the view of her lovely gardens and watched the activity of her chickens. She kindly made reservations for us at her favorite nearby restaurant so we would have somewhere to eat when we arrived on Good Friday. I had a little trouble understanding the layout in advance of renting, so in the hopes of helping fellow English-speaking travelers here it is: you walk through the front door into a combo dining/kitchen area, and off to the left is a front sitting area with a single bed (that I believe can pull out to a double if needed) and a bathroom. After taking the spiral staircase to the second floor you are in a quaint lounge area with a couch, tv, and door to shared bathroom. On each end is a bedroom (one larger, one smaller) with a double bed.
