We just spent a week at this lovely modern farmhouse in Charlotte. The home was beautifully designed and had everything we needed. We have two 17 year olds, and we felt like we could truly spread out in the 3 bedrooms, open kitchen and two living rooms. The beds were all comfortable and the home is very clean. We walked every morning down the dirt road the house sits on. We loved that the Charlotte town beach was just down the road as well! Joanna communicated just the info we needed and checking in was easy. We hope to return to this gem of a spot.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. The apartment is perfect for two people and had everything we needed. The location is so convenient! It is right near main street. We were able to walk to coffee shops and shopping. In the mornings we went for a three mile walk through town and next to Otter Creek. Vergennes is a very quaint small "city". We will definitely stay here again!

We were out most of the day and utilized the space largely at night. We found it cozy and manageable. Great AC system and cooling fans. Very comfortable bed/mattress.SO convenient in the ways of walkability to coffee shops,food market, etc.

It was simply relaxing in the best way.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved staying at Madeline's cabin. It was a perfect getaway and there is so much to do. Madeline is an amazing hosts and is super helpful with anything you need. We definitely plan to stay again!

This lovely country apartment was just what I needed for a relaxing respite. Clean, well-equipped, and spacious for either one or a couple, it exceeded my expectations. Doug and his wife were always responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Fresh flowers and eggs were just a couple of the special touches provided which made me feel welcomed upon my arrival. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning again in the future!

The cottage at Shelburne Farms is a treasure and Kate is a wonderful host. The house is immaculate and fully stocked with linens and very nice kitchen ware, AC for those unexpected hot days in VT and full laundry. The setting is quintessential Vermont. Hope to return!
