The property is amazing and the house has everything you could want in a vacation property. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent! Craig, the owner gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do and was extremely helpful in every way! We would stay here again without hesitation. We hired chefs that Craig recommended and the food was outstanding! High end restaurant quality and we enjoyed every bite and minute of our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Nina’s home. It was landscaped beautifully, incredibly clean, and well situated for exploring different areas. Our host was always quick and helpful with communication. Four adults, two teens, and two kids felt comfortable in the indoor and outdoor space. Would love to stay here again!

The house is much nicer than the photos even . Very high standard inside and everything you could wish for in the kitchen, garden and everywhere tbh . Very modern. Very clean and we had it beautifully wa for 10 days over Christmas ! Only one day without clear blue skies

This home is the best kept secret in the area. Our second stay in two years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Miquel, the owner, is the best. He is easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, and truly wants you to have a great stay. Given this is his home he stays at during the winter, he takes tremendous pride in making sure his guests feel AT HOME. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. The location is superb, wonderful neighborhood, and easy access to the main highway. I can't emphasize enough how clean and well maintained the home and property are. Miquel, thank you again for an exceptional time and hope to be back soon!

This is a lovely house and surroundings with fantastic hosts that made us feel really welcome. The house and garden has all that we could have asked for. The one thing that would have made it even better is air conditioning in the lower parts of the house as well, and not only in the upper bedrooms.

Property is even better than pictured and in an ideal location. Dawn as a host was great and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friend and family.

Six of us just spent two glorious weeks at the lovely and luxurious Villa L’Aguait. It totally exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to the beaches and towns of Pollenca and Sa Pobla. It was also a great starting spot for the cyclists in our group to venture out on their epic rides in the mountains. Each couple had their own large en-suite bedroom with great views of the pool or the countryside. The house is spacious and comfortable and we used the immaculate pool every day. There’s plenty of sun or shade for lounging and great outdoor living/dining spaces. Whenever we had questions or requests, we contacted the owner’s daughter Aina who replied right away and was always so helpful to us. We all agreed that this was a perfect getaway in a perfect house and one which we hope to enjoy again in the future.

We have just had a wonderful stay, Xisco could not have been more accommodating as our host. The property and in particular and the outside space was great for all our family and guests. The kids had a amazing time exploring the property and enjoying the pool whilst we enjoyed the pool we made the most of the BBQ area and dinning in the evenings. The house is situated near both Alcúdia and Port de Pollença so it easy to get about if needed whether that be to the beach or out for tapas.
