Douro Valley ski-in/ski-out rentals

Renting Victor’s place was not only a place to stay, but an amazing experience in itself. My family of 7 adults and 2 small children, ages 3 and 1, stayed here and couldn’t have had a better and more memorable experience.Victor went above and beyond to be accommodating. We had trouble at the airport and Victor made sure he was available for check-in. He set up with baby cot with his staff at a late hour. He also was generous enough to get some items we wondered about.We stayed here for my 40th birthday and it was extremely memorable. The property itself is an experience - my family chose to forgo a whole day in Portugal to simply take in the breath air, enjoy the views, explore the beautiful grounds, and swim in paradise.This place is classy, convenient, and very memorable. I highly recommend for anyone for a great experience.

If you are staying in the area, you must stay here. The family is so lovely, they met us to check in and to check out, to make sure we knew everything we needed about the property. Not only can you pick all the vegetables and fruits on the property, but you can fetch fresh eggs every day from the chicken coop. It was so fun for my city-kid 5 year old twin boys. The pool was great, as was the game room, my boys didn't ask about a screen once. It's in a great location to explore Douro Valley as well. This is a must-stay if you'll be in Douro Valley, I wish we would have spent more of our trip here.

Convenient location almost directly across from a metro stop. However it was just a short 10 min walk to the bridge. Wonderful coffee shop across the street. The unit was on the 7th floor in a secure building with an elevator

Our group of 13 adults enjoyed our stay in this roomy and updated VRBO. We used all 6 of the apartment units within the VRBO, which was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio courtyard within the VRBO. Communications with the VRBO manager were clear and very timely. Excellent value.

Great location, close to everything with a wonderful bakery on the corner and a market nearby!

Great place

This property is stunning. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. Every aspect of the villa is high quality. The view, the living space, the awesome breakfasts prepared by Helena and the information provided by Kate were all exceptional. We were a party of 6, but there is lots of room for 4 couples to spend time together or find a quiet place to read. We loved everything about this property and I know it would have been even better if the weather cooperated. The only thing to be aware of is driving in the valley and the access road to the villa requires your full attention. When you are planning your excursions, keep in mind covering territory takes time and you will owe a big thank you to your driver who will have to stay away from the great local wines until the car is safely back in the driveway.
