We had a lovely stay at Creekside Cottage. Kitchen is large, modern and well appointed. The bedrooms were comfortable and all the bedding was soft and clean. The home was spotless and the screened in porch enabled us to play cards late into the night without a bug bite. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and birdwatching nearby at Susquhannock Park. The kids went tubing and we all enjoyed antiquing. The lication is close to Lancaster as well as Port Deposit and Havre de Grace Maryland so we were able to day trip easily. Laura and Karen are great hosts, very responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

Five adults attending an event at Lancaster Convention Center. The rooms were wonderful. Minor issue was location of nightstands in the bedrooms but we managed. Kitchen was fully stocked. I was surprised to find so many provisions- eggs, sausages, milk, OJ, apple juice, pancakes, yogurt, butter, cereal, all the condiments and snacks. Fantastic! Quiet area, beautiful views. We were here mostly to sleep so lack of television wasn’t an issue but I could see it being good to have for a family in the evening or if weather is bad. Wonderful place. We hope to stay here again. Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Close to lots of activities in Lancaster county.

We were traveling for my son’s wedding and needed a large place form my family and extended family to stay. We found Water’s Edge. The photos don’t do it justice. What a great place that was plenty large enough that we weren’t on top of each other. The host met us at the place and walked us through. He was very generous and gave us the ins and outs of the place. The rooms were great and the place was super clean. There is so much to do in the area. Some complain about the trains running through the back, while they are noticeable, they weren’t awful. We would like to visit in the summer time and take advantage of the water and the pool. This is definitely a place we will try and stay again. Thanks Brian for your hospitality.

Beautiful home! Everything was thought of so thoroughly as to the needs of guests, right down to Whoopie pie Pies and every kind of coffee/tea under the sun. Quiet setting, spacious and inviting. Every room had a special touch added to it. Please check it out, you won’t be disappointed! Very close to the Amish shops.

This place was nice and close to all Amish places. The accommodations were great and no hassles whatsoever. Contact with property manager was easy and very quick responses. Would stay again.
