Great neighborhood, great big bedrooms with comfy beds, living and dining space open and modern. Great rooftop deck with city and mountain views. Walking distance to empower field for nfl games or other events. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to cool restaurants such as Patio.

I cannot say enough about this place. Traveling with teens can be hard. So hard to impress! My 12 and 15 YO were blown away by this wonderful place. It checked all of the cool boxes and was super comfortable and so well appointed. We kept remarking how the hosts thought of literally everything that could make a guest feel comfortable. The furnishings are both stylish and super comfortable and we loved having our own backyard to enjoy having our morning coffee while letting kids sleep in. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, big house, great to hang out with family. Kitchen is the best we’ve ever stayed in - had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. And Nathan is a great communicator - super responsive to my questions. Would definitely rent again.

There were 8 of us and plenty of room for all. Rooms are big and the kitchen is well stocked. Laundry is on the top floor making it easy to wash clothes and was stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Upstairs bedrooms (4 of them) are big and gave everyone the space they needed. The bedrooms downstairs are great for kids and couples looking for a little extra privacy and includes a living room area with a large tv. The main living area has a big kitchen, living room and office and 1/2 bath. 8 of us were able to sit at the dining room table for meals. The living room offered plenty of seating too. We were able to visit the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak easily from this location! Went into Denver one day to visit MeowWolf and it took no time at all to get there. We also went to Red Rocks for a concert and it was a quick drive there as well. Kelly was available and easy to communicate with if we had questions. We will definitely be staying here next trip out! The kids are still talking about what a great time they had there.

We loved our stay!!! We felt like we were at home. Everything that we needed was right there, including a pool, great back yard, and super comfortable beds. The master bath was awesome with a huge shower. We loved staying here. Neighborhood was very quiet and inviting. The hosts were excellent. They were attentive and immediately responded to anything that we needed. Can't wait to stay again.

Perfect for us in every way! Great house and location! Caught a concert at Red Rocks. Did an e-bike tour out of Golden. Went to Pikes Peak. Went hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Wish we were still there! Enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local establishments too! The house was very comfortable and spotless and the hosts were awesome! Thank you for letting us rent your amazing home!
