  • A lovely stay right on the beach.

"we had such a fun stay in South Haven. This was the perfect location for our family. This cottage is just steps away from the beach. It is small but fit our family of 6 well. We were only inside to sleep. Our kids loved the bunk beds. We utilized the deck for all of our meals. We hope to return next year."

  • Fantastic place to stay in South Haven!!!!!!!

"The Cannery Row condominiums were an excellent location to stay in South Haven. The pool was kept meticulously clean and the entire grounds were beautifully kept. Many of the owners of other condominiums at Cannery Row were there and were very friendly and welcoming to us as renters. The property we rented was perfect for our family. The living area was spacious and well furnished. It was exactly as the owner had described it; and the owner was responsive to any questions I had prior to renting and after the decision to rent was made. There was a mixup with the keys to get into the condominium and she quickly responded and resolved the issue. She was a GREAT person to rent from. I'd highly recommend staying at the Cannery Row condominiums and Nancy was "the BEST" to rent from."

  • Beautiful home with easy beach access

"As others have said, the house is gorgeous. My wife is an interior designer and went on all week about the decorating and style. I'm not an interior designer, but am a neat freak. The house was beautifully maintained, clean, bright, airy and comfortable. We had young kids with us, and even that was OK because the owners provided coverups for the furniture so we didn't worry about getting sand all over the place. The backyard is perfect with an outdoor dining table, grill, shower and gorgeous firepit we used every night. Seasoned firewood is also provided. The best part was the ease of beach access. In previous stays, we've had to use stairways of 100+ stairs to get to the beach. There are neighborhood stairs for this private beach, but this property is just around the block from a boat ramp. We drove down to the boat ramp, parked along the access road with other residents, and walked to the sand - no stairs. The beach was uncrowded, clean and quiet. Debbie was highly responsive to any questions we had, and we cannot wait to come back."

  • Very Therapeutic Ladies Weekend!

"My girlfriends from college decided to meet in South Haven for a long weekend as it was centrally located for everyone driving in. The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and each had our own bed, which was wonderful (there were five of us), and two full bathrooms which was great. The house was very comfortable and clean and well stocked with all of the kitchen necessities, toiletries and linens. There is a Meijer close by where we stocked up on food and drinks. The patio is secluded, shady and quiet and we spent a lot of time out there drinking wine and catching up. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The public beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house. The downtown area where many of the restaurants are located probably took about 25 minutes to walk to, although walking along the water the entire way is very scenic. There were great restaurants downtown, some cut shops, and a wine tasting place. The house is near the lake, but not right on the lake. We were disappointed that you could not access the beach at the end of their private drive (I guess the water level is high this year, so there are a set of stairs down to the seawall, but no beach)...but the public beach was very convenient. There is a place to rent kayaks and paddle boards and a coffee/ice cream stand. Overall, it was a wonderful therapeutic weekend...perfect place for much needed catching up with old friends and a break from the hectic work and kids schedules. Thank you so much!"
