There is a Curves for women within 5 minutes, Sedona 2 hours and Grand Canyon 4 hours. The Phoenix airport is only twenty minutes away. This is a great place to get the "feel" of what "retirement" is meant to be. Short term leasing is also available for those waiting for a home to be built.

We purchased this home with the idea of spending some time in the area until someday when we plan to spend the winters here. We painted and furnished the home as though we planned to live in it. Many of our guests have remarked how aesthetically pleasing the home is and how it is virtually impossible to find household items that are missing. My husband and I just completed a month's stay at this beautiful little home. We were most comfortable from the beginning: the decor is quite pleasing and house is clean and feels like new. People in this community are very friendly; and best of all, we were able to partake of all of the amenities as if we were residents here, so we felt quite welcome.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

What an awesome, welcoming, well maintained and well equipped home!!!! As soon as you walk in, there is that "at home" feeling. We stayed for 6 months and enjoyed every minute of it. Great having the golf cart for golfing at a great course and community. Great neighbours. Would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in vactioning in this area. Memories in this home will remain with us for a very long time. Hope to be back again. Thank you Steve and Cathy.

I've had the pleasure of staying twice in this lovely Sun Lakes, AZ home. From the first time I met with the owners and took a tour of this perfect vacation home I knew I'd be happy with my choice to rent. I have family close by but prefer to have my own home when I visit. The house is clean, well-appointed, and very tastefully decorated. The community is friendly and has very nice pools and clubhouses. I'm not a golfer so can't comment on the golf facilities. I could have my kids and grandkids over, use the pools and enjoy the lovely patio and backyard. I can't imagine anyone not being delighted with this rental property. Even it's location is perfect for going out on day trips, into Phoenix, or to and from the airport.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.
