"My family of 11 was looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay for our first family vacation and from the moment I found NanSea's beach house I knew I had found the perfect house! A simple walk across the boardwalk and the kids were running across soft sand and into the crashing waves! We watched some amazing sunsets from the balcony and upper deck (this was an upper story condo so the back, ground level porch was for the condo below). The hospitality was incredible!!! The property manager, Cindy, went above and beyond for our family. She was kind enough to let us know the day of arrival that the city was doing road maintenance on the street and gave us alternative directions. We had mentioned that it was our son's 7th birthday and when we had arrived, Cindy had some goodies waiting for the adults and a bucket of sand toys, candy, and a birthday card for our son! Such an amazing welcoming and beyond our expectations considering the affordability of the place!
The home was incredibly clean! Not a spec of sand wish surprised us as past hotels we have stayed at in the area usually had residual sand on the floor and in the tubs. Very well equipped home, however, you might want to bring some larger insulated cups if you want to take coffee/iced drinks to the beach as the ones there are glass or on the small side.
Kitchen has freshly painted white cabinets and amazing, rare, blue, swirled granite that sets the mood perfectly for the beach. Stainless french door fridge with watet and ice dispenser gives you tons of space for groceries or for the leftovers from the many different eating choices in the area. Cindy even helped us get reservations at World Famous up the boardwalk.
The one, and only, thing that we did not like was we slept on the full bed on the bottom of the bunk bed and the quality of the matress is fine for kids but not for adults. Other than that, LOVE THIS PLACE!
Our family fell in love with this home and Cindy too! We are going to make this a yearly tradition!"
