  • A Gem!

"Nicely appointed home that fit our family of 9 absolutely perfect! Nice ocean and bay view balconies off the main living area and 3rd floor master bedrooms, open floorplan, and very clean. The manager was responsive. And fantastic value if you want ocean views and literally steps to the ocean, without having to pay ocean front prices. We give this a 5 star stay rating *****"

  • Great beach rental in San Diego

"We were among the first guests here and were impressed! The property is very centrally located, and it was nice to be on the bay side of mission beach where it's quieter. The views from the upper deck aren't great but it's literally one house from the bay and a short couple blocks (2 mins) from the oceanside boardwalk, so you'll have great views nearby. VERY walkable and bikeable (beachside sidewalks on both sides), restaurants, shops and amusement park within walking distance, and the bay is paddleboardable (there are boards that come with the unit). And it was a great launch point for lots of fun activities in the area - downtown 10-15 mins away, La Jolla/ Torrey Pines 20-30 minutes away. For ppl that use Uber, we were always able to pick one up in 2-5 minutes; car rental not necessary. The interior is also great - not huge but feels spacious and open, very modern and brand new, with lots of touches like coffee beans and grinder for fresh coffee, large filtered water container in fridge, USB plugs in kitchen, excellent wifi, Roku TV. It was unusually warm so we did use the AC, which worked great but when it was cooler in the evening, we just opened the door to the deck. Kitchen was well-furnished though we didn't cook because there were so many restaurants nearby. Loved the shower! Quadruple shower heads! Also well furnished with plenty towels etc. Beds were very comfortable with great comforters. The ground floor patio, which has a table, chairs, umbrella and grill, was also available to us and faces the landscaped walkway, which was pleasant for morning coffee. A little construction noise while we were there (they were renovating the downstairs unit), but not terrible. Manager was super responsive and checked in periodically to make sure all was OK. Great staycation property for those in SD! Highly recommend!"

  • 2698 Mission Blvd vacation

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. We were 10 persons including 5 young adults. The unit downstairs was too small for 4 young adults, but by using the fold-out sofas on the top floor we were all good. The staff was very helpful and check-in was smooth. Beach access was excellent. It was a great vacation."

  • Great Family Spot

"Overall great location and perfect setting for a family. We took 17 (9 kids) and all fit comfortably. Close to everything and yet quiet. We did have some beach towels stolen so don't leave anything out. Draw back is that it doesn't stock enough bathroom tissue for large groups as well as no beach towels, pack and plays, umbrellas or chairs or anything geared for families with children yet it brags "family units" we were lucky as other families left toys and boogie boards. We left some nice new boards, toys and a few beach towels so the next family would have some. Bring your own towels! Rental for a pop up is rather cheap which is nice so the babies/kids have shade. It is a nice rental with perfect beach access. Make sure you bring in all your personal belongings at night, we had a few towels and items taken from the front deck. I would recommend this for a family gathering spot."
