We welcome you to relax and breathe free here in the serenity of the Ozarks. The Legacy is nestled among the hills of our 450 acre Triple-G Ranch. It's peaceful and quiet here, yet The Legacy is located only twelve minutes north of Branson and thirty minutes south of Springfield. We are ideally situated for quick and easy access to Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, and Table Rock Lake via the new Ozark Mountain High Road (bypassing congested highway 76). Closer still, are Branson Hills with the new Payne Stewart golf course, Branson Landing, music shows, and outlet malls; a relaxing twelve minute drive south on highway 65.
The Triple-G Ranch is a family-owned working cattle ranch. The property features panoramic views, secluded meadows, broad pastures, and expansive hardwood forests. Wildlife is plentiful with numerous wild turkey and whitetail deer and recent bear sightings. Meandering through the middle of the ranch you will find beautiful Bull Creek known as the clearest creek in Missouri. Not merely a trickle, Bull Creek flows year-round accommodating canoeing and boasting trout in the Spring. Explorers will delight in discovering scenic cliff overlooks and little hidden waterfalls. The historic Harrison to Springfield stagecoach road also passes through the property. Still standing is one of the homesteads that flourished on this land many years ago.
The Legacy itself is warm and welcoming and invites you immediately to leave your cares behind and unwind in its graciously appointed, elegantly decorated rooms. Couples will be able to relax and rejuvenate with quiet moments in private romantic alcoves, while the kids will be thoroughly entertained playing pool, foos ball, air hockey, one of our many games, or watching videos from our family friendly selection. Everyone will enjoy soothing away the travel tension in our large six person hot tub with its 67 jets. Merely lounging in the hammock with a book from our 1000 volume library and listening to the fountain's gentle play is enough to help restore ones balance. Or bask in the heat as you rock in your private Infrared sauna.
As our guests, you will enter your private resort through the stone turret with its one-of-a-kind copper fountain. From there, your senses will be drawn by the exotic surroundings of our private collection of elephants, giraffes, and African artifacts displayed in the elegant dining room and tastefully decorated living and game rooms. On a cooler evening, the stone fireplace will invite you to bask in its warmth. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with everything from spices, cookbooks, espresso machine, crock pot, waffle iron, ice cream maker, and any utensils, cookware, bake ware, plate ware, and silverware you need to feed your extended family. Coffee, sugar, oil, and creamer are also provided for your convenience. And besides everyday plate ware, there are more elaborate plates and wine glasses for a romantic and intimate dinner.
When nighttime arrives, mom and dad can relax in their private whirlpool tub before retiring to the comfy King-size bed in the Italian villa Master Bedroom. The kids will enjoy their own special "jungle room" adorned with plush animals, toys, and king bed. And grandma and grandpa will enjoy their old-world ornately decorated third bedroom. A fourth sleeping-area with a full sized bed is also available. There are 2.5 baths on the main level, 2 of which are equipped with a hair dryer.
Walk down to the lower level and enter your own private elegant rustic lodge with a second beautiful stone fireplace in the living area. There is a second kitchen and large dining area and an air hockey table. The lower level has a large luxurious Master Suite with a built-in barn siding desk, a sitting area, and a two-person Infrared sauna. The elegantly decorated second bedroom on the lower level features a king bed and built-in barn siding desk. The third bedroom is intimate with a queen bed and built-in barn siding desk. The "Daniel Boone" room, with bunk bed and pull-out trundle, is equipped with its own electric "wood stove," camp utensils and gear, and child's rifle. There are 2 bathrooms on the lower level, both equipped with a hair dryer.
The Legacy is an upscale one-of-a-kind home and we desire to share it's unique qualities and atmosphere with you. For that reason, we have made it possible and affordable for smaller families by renting the main level only to a party of twelve or less. You can have the same luxurious Legacy experience and still be the only family in the home. Or you can rent the entire home and have all your extended family under one roof for a memory-making family reunion. The entire home is suitable for a party up to twenty-four people.
For your added relaxation we have a massage table that can be set up in any of the rooms. There are several therapists in the area who will come to you by appointment. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable. We are here to help you live your dream.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
Mom, Lois, always had a heart for people. Her home was open to many for ministry. She loved life and lived it largely. She was a visionary herself, but she always loved encouraging others to fulfill their God-given visions. Mom, Lois was most happy when her home was filled to the brim with people. She treasured her grandchildren and loved having them so close by that they were in and out of her house several times each day. She loved to pamper people in her home. We have so many wonderful memories of Sunday dinners and celebrations as a large family together in her home. So when she passed, we wanted to continue her Legacy. We enjoy providing opportunity for other families and friends to make precious memories together and to enjoy this beautiful part of the country. And we still have the opportunity to gather at "mom's" house for family dinners and special celebrations.
The Unique Benefits at this House
While we are close enough for our guests to avail themselves of all the Branson attractions, the Legacy has its own captivating features. Mom and dad or grandma and grandpa get a "cool" rating with the teenagers when they display their pool, foos ball, or air hockey skills! The home is big enough for a large extended family to gather together for meals and conversation as well as having enough rooms so that members can get to themselves when they choose. Some of our guests have never been to the country and are amazed by our wonderful hills, bluffs, pastures, and year round creek. Wildlife abounds here in the Ozarks, and you may see deer, wild turkey, and even a black bear. The ranch land is peaceful and lends itself to pleasant walks, a slower pace if desired, and many areas for calming reflection.
1800's Theme Park with rides, shows, shops, craftsmen. They have different festivals at different parts of the year. Christmas is beautiful at Silver Dollar City!

Our parents, Lois and Dwane Gaar, along with our grandparents sold their businesses in California and moved to the Ozarks in 1981, purchasing what is now known as Triple G Ranch. We children, Dwanette and Doug, love the ranch which was intended to be our heritage and our children's heritage. As we, Dwanette and Doug, grew into adults and began having our own families, we each built a home on the Ranch. In 2006, our beloved mom passed from this life leaving her real estate ownings to her two children and eleven grandchildren. We are the Gaar Family Trust consisting of Dwanette and hubby, Willis Moore and our eight children - Chelsie (married to Jesse), Amber, Ben, Ethan, Faith, Grant, Jillian, and Kristina; and Doug and wife, Lee Gaar, with children - Cody, Morgan, and Rachel. We are homeschooling families and have raised our children with Christian morals and a strong work ethic. We love our slice of the Ozarks and treasure being together as a family, enjoying outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hunting, crawdad hunting,and playing in the creek. Our children love the Ranch as we do, and excitedly await the day when they marry, begin to have their own families, and build their own homes on the Ranch.

We had our family reunion/50th birthday celebration in Sept of 2008. We have had reunions in a variety of different places, but this was the best yet. Everything is top notch. Lush accomodations, first class treatment. We had everything we needed and then some. The adults & kids all had plenty to do. We took a walk on the property. It was awesome! We're planning another trip in 2010 and will definitely stay here.

The Legacy was just perfect for our 5 day reunion with our Family of 17 (10 adults, 7 children- 11 and under) . We have a couple of grandchildren with "special needs" dietwise and having 2 separate cooking areas on 2 levels was extremely useful in feeding them.Additionaly, the bedrooms were wonderful- better than advertised, and the beds were all comfortable. The home is stunningly gorgeous inside and the entertainment offered kept our grandchildren busy with plenty of exciting things to do with each other. Our Family was especially grateful for the many spiritual messages contained in pictures and other decorations throughout the home that brought subtle attention to "matters" truly important in life. All in all, this is a beautiful home that is located in a beautiful area that is run by Christian people who genuinely care about the well being of those who have rented there. Our family highly recommends that you give it try for your next Family reunion or vacation

Absolutely breathtaking scenery....and even more beautiful on the inside. We were amazed when we went to the home how SPACIOUS it was, and luxurious, yet we felt right at home. They have thought of EVERYTHING! As soon as I would think, "It sure would be nice if they had this," I would turn around to find it! From chocolates, to clothing hooks, to the spices or appliances we forgot to bring...it was here. It is apparent they work hard to take care of everything, large and small, to make vacationers feel at home and stress-free. We have stayed 3 years in a row now, and every time we leave feeling refreshed, pampered, peaceful, and re-focused. We have never left the Legacy while staying there...it has so much to do just in and of itself...from movies to playing pool, to soaking in the jacuzzi tub, to sitting in the sauna, to taking walks in the wood trails, to board games, to satellite TV, to the huge hot tub! My husband loves the new 4-wheeler trails...what a great addition! The view from the large hot tub on the upper deck is absolutely breathtaking. It is easy to "escape" busy life at the Legacy...which is why we keep going again and again.

We stayed at the Legacy during our trip to Silver Dollar City to be married. We had family and friends between 4 and 85 yrs old and they all loved it. The grounds provided some beautiful wedding pictures as well. The house was everything that you would want in a vacation get away. While there we were able to enjoy some of the sites and tastes in Forsyth. Thanks to the family for helping make our wedding day truly unique and memorable.

We had a great time staying at the Legacy for my wife's 40th birthday. I had invited almost 30 people to come and eat dinner with us. It was a great time and we all enjoyed the different game tables. 12 of us spent 2 nights and got to enjoy using the hot tub on the deck. Everything is extremely clean, and they have everything you could want in regards to cooking. We will be going back again for future events.

We have stayed at the Legacy the last three years, and intend to continue each year. We love the family atmosphere, the beautiful home, and of course, the various farm animals. We walk the estate amongst the animals, and the views are breathtaking on a beautiful sunny day. It makes one seem so close to nature, and the important things in life. We feel the families living on the estate are now our family. The love and care experienced during each visit, makes one want to stay and never leave the beauty, solitude, and love. The house is always clean, sparkling, and has any amenity one would need. We will be back - and you will too once you experience this special place.

We spent Thanksgiving in Branson. We visited the Legacy as The Haakinson, Lawson Ayers families held a 50th celebration reunion. We stayed at savannah house, but were at legacy Wednesday and Thursday, It was such a great time, cant beleive this is a rental, It is a beautiful house and setting. I know the families had a great time and made so many memories. Hope sometime in the future we may be able to visit again. Thanks ardis schuler

The Schroeder family reunion at the Legacy was fabulous. We had a hard time getting the folks to go sight seeing. We gathered from Cleve, Oh. Cary, NC. New york city and Denver Co. There was so much to do and the property was just as described. Loved it. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
