During the day listen to birds chirping by the sunny poolside and at night soak in the hot tub, star gaze and hear coyotes in the distance.

Why the Owner Chose Troon North
The house is on one of the highest lots in Candlewood Estates. It has beautiful views of the valley, the golf course, Pinnacle Peak and of course amazing sunset views. The pool area is extremely private and peaceful.
We bought a house in Troon North because of the world class golf and we chose Scottsdale for the wonderful climate.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is close to golf, Pinnacle Peak (for hiking), restaurants and shopping yet it is private and a part of nature.
