***NOTICE***
Although Covid-19 cases on the island have remained very low, we encourage you to follow the CDC guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing while outside of the villa. Our condo is being cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines and all linens and towels are being washed in hot water and bleached where appropriate. Please understand, all of us as owners are asking renters to follow the appropriate guidelines, but can obviously not enforce them as it is on individuals to do so responsibly.

Affordable Villa at a Resort with private beach access, excellent amenities and Beach Bar! 3 Pools and 6 Tennis Courts including an Indoor Pool and Hot Tub open year round. Fresh and clean with new flooring and furniture in the living room. A new California King Mattress awaits you in the Master Bedroom, a Queen and Bunk Beds in the 2nd Bedroom with new mattresses, as well as a new HVAC unit for the villa to keep the perfect temperature throughout the year. The shuttle can take you across the boardwalk to the beach, should you prefer not to walk. Send us an inquiry to find out more!

Your vacation in our affordable villa relieves the stress of an expensive trip. Our Building 4 villa overlooks the pool and is a short walk or shuttle ride across the wildlife viewing area and your toes are in the sand! You will certainly enjoy all that Hilton Head Resort has to offer. Our secured gated community has a peaceful and quiet beach. Enjoy libations and food at the resort's own Coco's on the Beach, or have a drink and a snack at the Beach Bear Bar and Grill next to the building 1 pool from spring break thru the end of Fall. You can also relax at the quieter, beautiful and clear building 4 pool which is seen from the balcony, or enjoy the year round heated indoor pool in building 3 that also boasts a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Fitness Center, and Running Track for those rainy or cooler days. Tennis is right outside your door, local bike rentals are available on property. Everything you need is provided in our storage cage for your trips to the beach or the courts including, carts, chairs, sand toys etc!

Our family-friendly villa offers all the comforts of home at a fraction of the cost of a hotel stay. You will even find a Pack-n-Play and a feeding chair for the little one's in your family (just bring the linens and swim diapers). Recently renovated, fresh and clean! We take pride in providing exceptional service for all of our guests. Our goal is to ensure a Five Star rating from every stay!

The villa has flat screen tv's and Roku’s in each bedroom, a 55" Smart TV in the living room, tennis racquets and balls, books, board games and more. If you enjoy cooking, you will feel at ease in our fully stocked kitchen. And don't forget, you'll have access to all the wonderful resort amenities as well!

Our villa is the perfect escape for families, friends, soul mates, or solo getaways where relaxation is the goal. With the mild winters, our Hilton Head Resort Villa is a wonderful destination year round!

Lovely condo
This condo is great, clean, and love the pool at this building. Owners were very kind, but be aware the walk to beach is kinda far but not to bad. Loved the area. Thank for a great getaway.

Family Vacation
This listing was perfect for our family! We had a pool right outside our building and the whole condo was very clean and orderly. The beds were very comfortable. We all talked about how well we slept. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had! Having a pack n play provided was extremely helpful and saved us from having to pack that. The provided beach chairs and wagon (and lots of other items!) was also great to have. The walk to the beach is about a half mile, but it is an easy walk on paved surfaces and a boardwalk. Our 7 year old, 4 year old, & 2 year old all made the walk with no issues! The whole resort had many amenities available as well that were nice to have so close! Glad we chose this listing, we had a wonderful stay!

Spring Break Trip!
Condo was exactly as the listing described. Our family of five had a great time. We spent a lot of time at the beach and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the amenities of the kitchen and dined in most of the time. Lots of close restaurants and shops near by if eating out is preferred. Biking trails were great as well!

Perfect Family Escape
My family of four had an amazing time at this beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, and the living room and kitchen were well-stocked with essentials that made it feel like home. We LOVED the proximity to the beach, and the boardwalk was absolutely beautiful! We rented bikes on site, ate at the restaurant on the beach (Coco's), enjoyed the heated pools, used the exercise room, and relaxed in the sauna and steam room. My entire family loved it, and we will definitely be back!

Great Location and Condo!
The condo was in a perfect location. The short walk to the boardwalk gave us opportunities to check out the alligator and turtles along the way. Definitely fun for our 9 year old. It was a little chilly outside but we still enjoyed the ocean and Coco's beach bar. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, laundry was on the same floor/convenient, and it felt like a home away from home. We had a little issue connecting to the internet but Chris was extremely responsive and helpful even though he was traveling and not their fault. Location was a short drive to all the great restaurants and the binder and magazine left in the condo were full of fantastic recommendations and information. We did a dolphin cruise, went to all the Skull Creek Restaurants, and even caught a shark on a morning sunrise fishing charter! We loved Hilton Head and the condo! We will definitely be back again! Thank you for sharing your home. It was definitely a memorable experience. OOOOOh, and I almost forgot, the indoor pool/sauna were great for chilly days and relaxing in the evening but that steam room is amazing!!!!!

Everything We Needed
Our family stays at Hilton Head Resort with several families each year. This is one of our favorite units by far. My husband and I prefer a king bed (which was comfortable) and the 2nd bedroom had the perfect layout for our 3 boys. We don't spend much time in the villa but if we did, the provided games and multiple tvs would have come in very handy. Check in and out was a breeze and the unit was very clean. Thank you!

Hilton Head Wonderful Location
Although the development has been around for a number of years, this particular owner has done a great job of updating their property. We especially enjoyed how clean it was and how the owner took a direct interest in ensuring we were able to check in slightly early because the cleaning crew finished early.

Cozy week vacation stay!
We had a great week at this spacious resort condo. Very clean, well stocked and well maintained. Owners were very attentive and easily reachable. Fantastic price for a week stay. Perfect view of one of the pools from the balcony. The other pools & indoor pool was close to visit as well. We enjoyed Coco’s very close to the beach to grab a drink & a snack. The owners also had comfy beach chairs for our use. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. We definitely enjoyed using the full kitchen. This was everything we were looking for. Separate space for the kids, tv and full bathroom for them near their room and another full bathroom & tv in the master bedroom. Very comfortable living room and dining room with another tv with access to streaming services. We would definitely love to stay again!

Comfortable place near the beach
The condo is a very affordable comfortable place to stay in Hilton head. The beds are very comfortable and smart tvs help if you want to stay in. It was unusually cold for our stay but the heat worked great so we didn't notice. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but it's nice that the buildings are connected. All together it was more than worth the price we paid.

Great Getaway
Very pleased. We had a great time. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo balcony overlooked the outdoor pool and the front entranced overlooked the well maintained tennis courts. The full kitchen came in handy. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room was fun. We walked the boardwalk to the beach and to Coco's Bar and Grill. All the eateries were delicious. We enjoyed everything about the island. We even took in a movie at the Cinema located near Dollar Tree. Will definitely add to our re-do list! Thanks.

Beautiful place with very spectacular king size bed. All accommodations were great. The Hilton Head Resort had great pools and the staff were super friendly. Thank you for the beach cart accommodation with all of the chairs and umbrellas. A special thank you to the staff who offered the golf cart rides through the boardwalk to the beach. Thank you so much to the owners who went above and beyond to check on us. We had a wonderful stay. - Christy from Ohio Please go eat at Land's End Tavern by the Salty Dog on Harbour Island - best meal I ever ate. Great seafood, friendly staff, and Keylime pie to die for. P.S. Please check Youtube videos to be able to see what the Island has to offer. I missed lots of great scenic visits, because I didn't think to do this.

Incredible week!
This was our first visit to Hilton Head. The communication with the owners was quick and easy. We loved the condo! It was in a very convenient location to the beach and all activities on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of beach gear-even boogie boards and umbrellas. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. It is small, but cozy and worked well for 3 adults and a teen. The pool below the deck was quiet and the walk to the beach was pleasant. The owner was friendly and very prompt in answering questions. We had a great time!
