Hilton Head Resort är det bästa värdet på ön och detta, DESIGNER TILLSATS två sovrum, två bad enhet är en av de trevligaste på Hilton Head Resort! Köket har uppgraderats med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria apparater. Alla möbler och sängkläder är nya och har en ljus och glad strandinredning. Vi är belägna i den föredragna Building One som omger huvudpoolen och ligger intill vår privata strandpromenad tillgång till havet.

Det finns ingen rökning inuti villan men rökning är tillåten på vår bekväma balkong med utsikt över orten. Poolen har en angränsande grill / närbutik med WiFi-internetfunktioner, cykeluthyrning och mer. Deli-maten är ganska bra och öl och vin finns tillgängligt. Strandleksaker och boogiebrädor etc. finns också tillgängliga.

Vår gated resort är centralt beläget och har 24 timmars säkerhet. Njut av våra bekvämligheter som inkluderar två utomhuspooler och en uppvärmd inomhuspool med barnpool som ligger på vårt fantastiska fritidscenter året runt. Denna anläggning inkluderar också ett gym, badtunna och bastu och en inomhusbana. Inte på humör för att simma eller träna ... Inte att oroa dig för vår resort har också 6 upplysta tennisbanor. Alla bekvämligheter finns gratis för alla gäster.

Det är en kort avkopplande promenad över träsket på vår privata strandpromenad (eller så kan du hoppa på anläggningens strandbuss) som slutar vid Coco's On the Beach, en pittoresk liten "oas"; och steg bortom det är den finaste stranden du hittar på Hilton Head Island. På vägen kan du njuta av den natursköna saltvattenmyren som är rik på med vilda djur, inklusive ägretthäger, hägrar och krabbor. Du kommer aldrig att oroa dig för folkmassorna på denna strand och det är verkligen vackert.

Golf ligger bara några steg bort med Robert Trent golfbana (som ligger bredvid fastigheten). Denna kurs är känd för havshålet # 10. Vyn som närmar sig hålet är spektakulär och kan ses från vår havsgrill, "Cocos". Denna privata cabana har toaletter, mat och dryck och är ett bra ställe att ta en paus från solen eller vänta på en kort regndusch.

Great stay

The condo was great and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The unit matched the description and the area was very nice. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Easy stay

Property was very comfortable. Master bed was firm which I liked but it didn’t like my husband. It made his hips hurt. Everything was as expected and communication with owner was great. Check out was very easy as well. Pools were great as was the hot tub.

Couple getaway

Our stay was pleasant. Good location to the outdoor pool. Plenty of beach items in the locker. The host is very easy to contact and helped out with a couple situations. The condo space is as advertised. Could use some updating. We enjoyed our stay.

Hilton Head Condo

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and were happy with the accommodations. The condo is small but plenty of room for the 2 of us. The location and access to the beach were super. The complex was getting ready for summer and workmen were busy tidying it up. Communication with the owner was easy. Pool had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and the poolside bar was nice. The condo itself is well stocked with kitchen tools. My only suggestion would be to update the living room furniture as it has aged. Hope your stay is as enjoyable as ours was.

Perfect getaway

Everything was perfect! Close to the beach just a short walk down the boardwalk! The pools were clean and easy to get to! The condo was just as described, would be good idea to take on Tupperware for the beach and extra towels for beach/pool and showering unless you want to pay for laundry! Will definitely be back!!

Great amenities at the resort

This place was in good condition and as advertised. Resort was centrally located and close to Shelter Cove Marina and shops The owner was very pleasant and responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Great stay.

This is a cute little place. Loved the proximity to the beach and easy access. Few things to note. Bring more bath/wash cloths. Or plan on doing laundry. (Paid laundry, I missed the fact of no laundry in the room 😞 ) 6 sets of towels for 3 people for a 7 day stay didn't go far. If staying more the 4 days I'd suggest extra garbage bags, TP and paper towel. Storage containers for left overs or taking things to the beach would be needed too. Would stay again.

Family vacation

The location is great, walking distance to the beach. The ujit had some initial issues which we made the owner aware of. The unit needs some updating, several items (couch, storage bin, lamp shade) have a lot of stains and either need thorough cleaning or replacing. The kitchen is pretty well stocked if you plan to cook, which we did. The location on the island seems to be good also, close to the middle.

Great place to stay.

I just want to thank Bill for a wonderful place to stay! The condo was very clean, updated, and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds we're comfy also. We were nervous about the boardwalk to the beach since we have 2 small children but it was no problem at all, the condo had a beach cart and some beach chairs for us and that made our daily trip to the beach so easy. Thank you for providing those. The condos pools and pool bar/snack bar were great! Very convenient. Our next time to Hilton Head we will definitely be renting from you. Thanks again for a great vacation making memories with our family.

The condo was clean & small. The view was awful.

The view was from balcony was not pretty. The ad was misleading & the beach was a long walk & a hassle to take chairs etc. we were under the impression our condo was beach & ocean front. It was certainly not. We could not even see the beach or ocean at all. This was not our favorite location & would not stay there again. It was a very old building in general.

A little surprised

The condo was a bit outdated and several items in the condo were broken upon arrival. Reached out to property manager didn’t seem to care said “thanks for telling me” Probably should tell people how far the walk is to the beach through the marsh. Also, the door hinge barely locks didn’t feel super safe .

Could be nice but was dirty

This was one of the least desirable condos that we have booked through VRBO. The room has the potential to be a nice room. When we arrived we found several items lying around from previous renters. One of the first things that we noticed was that the couch and pillows were pretty worn and appeared that they needed cleaning. Several of the air vents and the furnace closet had dust/dirt all over them. There were some dirty silverware in the drawers. And the shower curtains were molded. We were told that there were keys in the room, but were not told where to locate them. It took us a while to find them. There was no instructions as to where to take the trash. When we tried the WiFi code that we were given, we received an error message that it was the wrong code. Would not recommend this room in the current state.

Close to beach

Building one is the best. There were a couple of issues typical to late season stays (equipment damaged, ice maker broken), but host was responsive and I'm sure it will be resolved.
