Newly furnished 2 BR, 2 BA with Queen Sleeper, comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a screened in patio with a view of the lagoon and partial view of Port Royal Sound. Flat screens, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen are included for your enjoyment.

Just 100 yards and you're on the water enjoying the magnificent views, walking on the natural beach or enjoying the sunrise/sunset from the pier. Relax on one of the swings or have a cookout on the large, open deck. The wide variety of Water Fowl and Sea Shells will certainly enhance your stay. You can also fish along the shoreline.

The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool, which includes a hot tub/spa and workout room. There are also 3 tennis courts for your use. The 24 hour security will make you feel safe and comfortable during your vacation. The Spa does not have an elevator but it's only two flights of steps to the condo. There is a one time parking fee of $25.00.

The Spa itself is a beautiful property. The pools were well cared for, and the wildlife was unmatched. Our particular unit needed some sprucing up, but it was definitely liveable for the week. I loved that this part of the island was quiet, and we particularly enjoyed watching the feral cats.

A nice quiet place and good location in HHI. The King bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa. Compared to other rooms in the resort, this one was not very updated but had acceptable accommodations for a 3 night stay.

3rd floor in the building I complex. So very close to the beach It was very clean. It does need some upgrades, but for the price I won’t complain This is a natural beach. So if you want the huge waves in the ocean this is not the beach for that. We enjoyed the quiet and it was peaceful For us it was perfect

This unit is nice and spacious with an enclosed patio. The master bathroom has it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together. The second bathroom is located outside of the guest bedroom and both baths have tubs. The unit also has a stacked washer and dryer. The property has a few pools one is indoor. Also the beach is within a short walk to the beach. The property is gated and remember that the unit is on the third floor with no elevators in any of the buildings. Margaret is a great host who can be contacted if you have a any questions.

Very close to the beach. Third floor climb was challenging for both of us who are elderly. It would have been appreciated if the kitchen had salt & pepper shakers and a spatula. Overall, the condominium was very clean, quiet, and readily assessable to the golf tournament and we certainly appreciated the good value!
Wildlife about a 10 minute walk away.

The washing machines was rusted. The dishwasher was broken. Light switches were missing. There was nothing in the description that it was on the 3rd floor. I took to friends one with heart problems the other had a knee replacement . They are in their 80. Very disappointed. NOT A GOOD GETAWAY.
