Make magical memories at my newly remodeled, single story family vacation home. It's located very close to Disney in a safe, quiet, & friendly neighborhood. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with 27' TV's. The first & second BR's have queen size beds with memory foam toppers! Pillowtop inflatable mattresses are available for sleeping in the LR and/or rec room. The Youth BR has 2 bunk beds, extra mattresses, 2 pack'n'play cribs, & a kid-sized pullout couch. There are extra inflatable beds located in the rec room. Plenty of room for your whole family! After a long day at the parks, come back to your comfy resort, relax & unwind under the stars in a spacious hot tub, float in the beautiful heated pool, or watch a free DVD on the big screen TV or watch Dish TV from any room. And for the kids, who never relax...the rec room will keep them occupied for hours! The fully-stocked eat-in kitchen has all the amenities you'll need, with seating for 10, highchair, & TV trays for the LR. Once you've stayed here, you'll be back every year!!! ;-)

We were there from Nov. 11 thru Nov 18th 2010 and it was a blast! The weather was wonderful, the location was awesome, and the home was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend to our friends and relatives and most probably stay again. Barbara the homeowner was so pleasant and very nice, she is a sweetheart! Thank you for everything.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children.

We are a Canadian family of 2 adults and 4 children ages 1-12, who spent 9 days at this vacation home in late May and early June. First, the owner was always prompt in replying to inquiries and assisted us with specific information in planning our vacation; she was pleasant, accomodating, and easy to deal with. Second, this cheerful property, while older but updated, was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed and more - from playpens, highchairs, strollers, coolers, anything you'd need for the beach, awesome playroom with stuff for all ages, huge collection of DVDs, everything needed to cook/BBQ, you name it this place has it. The above-ground pool we loved, as the pool ladder can be flipped up, so no worries about the little ones dropping in. Backyard faces south so lots of sunny afternoons here. With 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 4 bunkbeds, this place accomodated us well. Our only minor complaint was the queen beds make some groaning noises everytime you turn over, not sure why, the legs are propped up on some castors to protect the hardwood and I think this is the cause. One person is fine in the bed, two people not so great with respect to this. The mattress itself is fine. Third, the location was awesome for us - served as home base for our Disney excursions (a short drive up the street), San Diego/LA/beaches (EASY access to the freeway), shopping (the Mall at Orange just minutes away, grocery store close by), hospital close by, etc etc. The neighbourhood is an older one with bungalows such as this, and generally quiet aside from a few dogs here and there. No freeway noise or high traffic area. And the greatest gem was located just around the corner, Joe's Italian Icecream - a small local business that we stopped at every day for one of the incredible creations!! Overall, we were extremely pleased with this property, it served our needs and based on everything else we looked at this one was a great value. You will love it! Thanks for helping make our vacation such a great memory!!
