We had a good stay. Close to Disney land. The house was very convenient but the appliances were a bit old, noise from the neighboring guests was a bit of trouble. But nothing much the host can do on that.

The place was a great location and the instructions were clear. However, the communication was lacking. I had to ask for both the check in and check out details. Luckily, they were great at responding quickly. The whole place had a weird smell, but it got intolerable when the AC came on. We think the recent rain made the astroturf yard smell weird. But it really upset my allergies, giving me a rough headache. The people sharing a wall with one of the rooms (maybe the owners?) Were loud and I could hear some of the conversation. The bed was comfy and the toys for kids were a cute touch. I think if it hadn't rained, it would have likely been a better experience. The protected parking was great and outdoor space would be great on a spring day. Warning, the shower is super small, but the hot water is super fast!
