This lovely little self-contained resort lends itself to both quiet solitude with total privacy and a luxurious environment for exclusive entertaining with breathtaking views. The private tennis court and pool provide ample choices for activity while the covered porch, hammock, and many lounge chairs provide endless opportunities for resting and taking in the peaceful views.
The interior of Brushy House is country charm at its best. The living room has high ceilings with exposed beams and a stone fireplace. The over-stuffed, white slip-covered furniture invites cozy relaxation with family and guests. The large dining room with an exposed stone wall accommodates a seated dinner for eight or has plenty of room for a cocktail party with easy flow into the foyer and living room. The kitchen and breakfast room are all newly remodeled with up-to-date appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. There is one bedroom on the first floor, and four on the second. There is a spacious sunroom with large screen TV on the first floor, and a pool table in the basement. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional $200, and tennis rackets are available.
