Ideally suited for up to 4 guests who desire a SPACIOUS(approx. 1000 square feet) quiet Midtown condo within walking distance (just 3 blocks) to Piedmont Park, 5 minutes to downtown or buckhead, within walking distance to Marta Rail stations, provided for you at a reasonable, affordable cost. Rental condo address is 345 Seventh Street NE in Midtown Atlanta 30308; located in the elegant and upscale neighborhood of Midtown at Piedmont Park, with home values ranging from $400,000 to $1.2 million on our street alone. We are conveniently located next to all interstate and highway thoroughfares and in close proximity to almost all Atlanta attractions. There is no better location in the entire city of Atlanta to be close to its attractions.
Condo is on the top private floor of a 3 story, 12 unit, brick condo building and is a very largely owner-occupied, very quiet complex.
Condo layout has a LARGE combined and open-set BRIGHT living room and stunning SUNROOM; a remodeled kitchen, dining, hallway, LARGE fully furnished master and 2nd bedrooms with identical large closet space w/ matching NEW bi-folding mirrored closet doors; and full bath w/ tub/shower, including separate vanity. We, a German family of four (with 2 little girls), rented this apartment from Sep 2010 to Feb 2011 and loved it to stay there. Both, the apartment itself and the neighborhood are simply great for spending only a few weeks or even many months in Atlanta. Simply spoken, we can just recommend this apartment without any restrictions. The condo has a large and great living room with a sunny “sun-room” including a small table for meals (which is very small when you have more than two people for lunch or dinner). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, a very large fridge, a dish washer, and many tools. The oven seems to be a bit old (from a German perspective), but we found that this is rather US standard than an exception. The two bedrooms and the closets provide enough space for a family with four people (at least for smaller kids) to stay there for a longer time. The beds have good quality and the AC is working quite perfect. The bath room is very small but provides everything you need. The building provides also laundry facilities. However, the washers are (again, from a German perspective) rather old and do not work really well. We preferred to use the commercial laundry one block south. The neighborhood (Midtown) is gorgeous. First, the neighbors in the building and in the surrounding homes are very friendly, open, and helpful. For us, this was a really great experience and we were really sad that we had to leave this place after six months in order to go back to Germany. Further, the place is located very close to central Midtown and MARTA station (15 minutes walk) and to Piedmont Park (10 minutes walk). Different grocery stores such as Publix and Trader Joes are in walking distance, too. Although the area is very central (just 3 miles north from Downtown), it is very safe and quiet – no traffic, at all. And due to the many old trees, which are typical for many parts of Atlanta, the neighborhood is very green and “southern”. (which of course also leads to huge bugs which we had to get used to :-) ) Finally, the landlord is a great person and it was very easy and uncomplicated to deal with him and to make an agreement, even from overseas. He was very helpful with handling any of our problems and concerns when arriving from overseas. As a summary, we can state that we would definitely rent and stay in this apartment again. We had a great time there and loved to live in Midtown Atlanta.

We were looking for a 2 bedroom condo to stay in, close to downtown Atlanta. Brad's condo is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood that is only 10 minutes away from downtown Atlanta and the convention we were attending on Labor Day weekend. The inside of the condo was spacious with wood flooring through out. The condo contained everything you would need for your stay and more. Brad was extremely helpful in answering our questions prior and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I stayed here in January with my wife and another couple. I was apprehensive, at first, about renting through VRBO. (It was my first time.) However, Brad, the owner, set me at ease. The place turned out to be exactly as stated in the very detailed online description. It is so close to Piedmont Park that we went for walks there every evening. The beds were very comfortable and the location was surprisingly quiet, since it is in the middle of Midtown. We slept very well! Our rental car was hardly used, since the Marta station was so convenient and took us downtown and to Buckhead for meals and entertainment. When we did use the car, there were always spots available when we returned. We will be coming back to Atlanta in a few months and have no doubt as to where we will be staying!

I cannot tell you enough how we enjoyed our stay at your midtown condo. The location was perfect (and safe)! The bedrooms were spacious, the views excellent, and the entire place was very clean. We were rushed and booked at the last minute and were VERY glad you so quickly responded back to us to secure your place. Thank you! We couldn't believe our entire stay was SO affordable, especially for what it costs to visit ATL. What a "deal" we got!!! We would highly recommend this property to anyone! Certainly hope to return!

We have stayed at this property for two consecutive years. My family and I take an annual trip to Atlanta from Orlando every spring. This property offers the space, convenience to Piedmont Park, shopping, restaurants, attractions, and the Marta -- all of which make our week in Atlanta go by very quickly. An added bonus is the ample parking available to the condo owners and visitors - and its FREE! If this property is available next spring, we would love to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities offered by this condo's owner. An owner that diligently gets back to every phone call or email. My family and I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting the freedom, space, and convenience that goes with staying in a condo rather than a cramped, expensive hotel.

My wife and son and I have made it down to your condo again now for the 3rd time (or 4th?) and had another terrific time. Brad, I appreciate how easy you make it for us and a special thanks for helping Susan with the cable problem this last visit, (troubleshooting with her over the phone to get resolved), when I was in Macon for 2 nights on business during our 'vacation'. You have a perfect upscale intown location and a really sharp condo with all the amenities of home that make it very comfortable and relaxing. Its a nice feeling to be able to bring my family to a familiar comfortable vacation place each year that is predictably enjoyable each and every time, and very affordable. Thank you. My mother and I had a wonderful time at this midtown Atlanta condo. All was as advertised in the vrbo.com ad and the owner (brad) was a complete pleasure with whom to deal. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed; it was comfortable, spacious, and quiet; and yet it had close promiximity to everything we did in the city. I am new to using vrbo.com to find a place to stay; I had always just stayed at hotels before this experience. From now on I will use vrbo.com to find a fully furnished condo for almost the same price as a hotel. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at your home. Your location was perfect right in midtown next to Piedmont Park and close to everything it seemed. As advertised, your condo was large, quiet and met all our needs, especially considering how affordable it was; and for being in such an expensive and pricey intown area too! My girlfriend's mom is in poor health so we'll be back at least twice a year. I sure hope your place is available when we come back next.
