Condo is on TOP floor of a 3 story, 12 unit, brick condo building and is a mostly owner-occupied, very quiet complex.
Condo layout has a LARGE combined and open-set BRIGHT living room and SUNROOM; kitchen, dining, hallway, LARGE fully furnished master and 2nd BEDROOMS with identical large closet space w/ matching NEW bi-folding mirrored closet doors, and full bath w/ tub/shower, including separate vanity. NEW hardwood floors are installed throughout; unit has large bright windows; recessed lighting. Combined LR/Sunroom includes a sectional/sofa, leather recliner w/ stool, a 32-inch LCD TV w/ DVD/VCR and cable box, small stereo w/ CD, table w/ 4 chairs, coffee table, and phone.
MASTER bedroom has new back support firm queen mattress with TV and VCR with dresser, and a new ceiling fan w/ remote. SECOND bedroom has a new double sized futon sofa/bed with TV and dresser. Kitchen is fully equipped with standard refrigerator and stove and new deluxe microwave w/ stand and new dishwasher; ample dishes, utensils, etc. Most standard household items like Mr. Coffee pot, toaster, can opener, alarm clocks, iron/ironing board, etc. are also provided for you. Bathroom has hair dryer. All windows have venetian blinds including the sunroom, most of them newly installed.
Condo has very ample parking with 18 off-street parking spaces available for only 12 condos.
Condo is on a very quiet midtown street but just 3 blocks south of Piedmont Park and is very centrally located both in Midtown and in Atlanta, close to most Atlanta attractions.
