  We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo is located right off Peach Street in a prime location, but out of the city center. The condo is located on the third floor so take that into consideration if you can not climb stairs.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this Atlanta condo rental, it was a great location and I walked into to Midtown many times, about a 1-mile walk thru a cool neighborhood a that felt 100% safe even at night. Piedmont park is an even shorter walk! The condo is very spacious, and the atrium windows made it very bright and comfortable! My only gripe is the abundance (excessive?) of empty wall shelving in every room, but shelving obviously wouldn't prevent me from staying here again, which I hope to soon!

  The main living area and bedrooms are bright and spacious and the apartment is very clean. The bathroom is rather small but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is well-equipped, though short on counter space. The many unexpected 'extras' like coffee, filters and creamer, various condiments, detergents, magazines etc were very welcome - it is easy to feel right at home here very quickly. We left some wine glasses as this seemed an unfortunate omission - a highball glass of Pinot Grigio just didn't seem right when we invited a couple of friends to drinks and snacks in the apartment! An easy ten minute stroll through the quiet neighbourhood takes you to a variety of shops, restaurants and a cinema complex, while Piedmont Park is only five minutes away and the Midtown Marta is a little over 10 minutes' easy walk away. This is a charming, homely apartment in a quiet, safe neighbourhood where you can wake to the sound of birdsong and squirrels scampering on the roof, yet remain close to all the attractions Midtown has to offer. Be sure to visit the Green Market in Piedmont Park on Saturday mornings in summer to stock up on fresh-from-the-farm fruit and vegetables as well as lots of delicious treats. The Atlanta Botanical Gardens at the far end of the park are a 'must-see' any time of year. For shopping, the malls at Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square are easily reached by Marta, while Atlantic Station is walkable (take the free shuttle from Arts Centre Marta station). From the apartment to the Arts Centre station (and to the High Museum) is about a 20 - 25 minute walk. This apartment is a great base for exploring Atlanta on foot or by public transport. We would certainly recommend it to friends or relatives and would use it again ourselves. It's not glitzy or glamorous, but it's a great, comfortable apartment in a good Midtown location with lots of amenities close to hand.

  My cousin and I took our wifes to Atlanta to visit friends we have back there and needed a place to stay that was not to expensive, but still nice. This place was just that. Very central, so it wasn't hard at all to go visit people at all. Very clean and Brad was easy to work with!

  Brad was very easy to work with and he made sure everything was set up prior to arrival. Condo is in the heart of midtown and other tenant were very friendly and helpful. Only thing to know is that the laundry room on site is coin operated.

  We, a German family of four (with 2 little girls), rented this apartment from Sep 2010 to Feb 2011 and loved it to stay there. Both, the apartment itself and the neighborhood are simply great for spending only a few weeks or even many months in Atlanta. Simply spoken, we can just recommend this apartment without any restrictions. The condo has a large and great living room with a sunny “sun-room” including a small table for meals (which is very small when you have more than two people for lunch or dinner). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, a very large fridge, a dish washer, and many tools. The oven seems to be a bit old (from a German perspective), but we found that this is rather US standard than an exception. The two bedrooms and the closets provide enough space for a family with four people (at least for smaller kids) to stay there for a longer time. The beds have good quality and the AC is working quite perfect. The bath room is very small but provides everything you need. The building provides also laundry facilities. However, the washers are (again, from a German perspective) rather old and do not work really well. We preferred to use the commercial laundry one block south. The neighborhood (Midtown) is gorgeous. First, the neighbors in the building and in the surrounding homes are very friendly, open, and helpful. For us, this was a really great experience and we were really sad that we had to leave this place after six months in order to go back to Germany. Further, the place is located very close to central Midtown and MARTA station (15 minutes walk) and to Piedmont Park (10 minutes walk). Different grocery stores such as Publix and Trader Joes are in walking distance, too. Although the area is very central (just 3 miles north from Downtown), it is very safe and quiet – no traffic, at all. And due to the many old trees, which are typical for many parts of Atlanta, the neighborhood is very green and “southern”. (which of course also leads to huge bugs which we had to get used to :-) ) Finally, the landlord is a great person and it was very easy and uncomplicated to deal with him and to make an agreement, even from overseas. He was very helpful with handling any of our problems and concerns when arriving from overseas. As a summary, we can state that we would definitely rent and stay in this apartment again. We had a great time there and loved to live in Midtown Atlanta.

  We were looking for a 2 bedroom condo to stay in, close to downtown Atlanta. Brad's condo is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood that is only 10 minutes away from downtown Atlanta and the convention we were attending on Labor Day weekend. The inside of the condo was spacious with wood flooring through out. The condo contained everything you would need for your stay and more. Brad was extremely helpful in answering our questions prior and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

  I can’t say enough good things about this place! I stayed here in January with my wife and another couple. I was apprehensive, at first, about renting through VRBO. (It was my first time.) However, Brad, the owner, set me at ease. The place turned out to be exactly as stated in the very detailed online description. It is so close to Piedmont Park that we went for walks there every evening. The beds were very comfortable and the location was surprisingly quiet, since it is in the middle of Midtown. We slept very well! Our rental car was hardly used, since the Marta station was so convenient and took us downtown and to Buckhead for meals and entertainment. When we did use the car, there were always spots available when we returned. We will be coming back to Atlanta in a few months and have no doubt as to where we will be staying!

  I cannot tell you enough how we enjoyed our stay at your midtown condo. The location was perfect (and safe)! The bedrooms were spacious, the views excellent, and the entire place was very clean. We were rushed and booked at the last minute and were VERY glad you so quickly responded back to us to secure your place. Thank you! We couldn't believe our entire stay was SO affordable, especially for what it costs to visit ATL. What a "deal" we got!!! We would highly recommend this property to anyone! Certainly hope to return!

  We have stayed at this property for two consecutive years. My family and I take an annual trip to Atlanta from Orlando every spring. This property offers the space, convenience to Piedmont Park, shopping, restaurants, attractions, and the Marta -- all of which make our week in Atlanta go by very quickly. An added bonus is the ample parking available to the condo owners and visitors - and its FREE! If this property is available next spring, we would love to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities offered by this condo's owner. An owner that diligently gets back to every phone call or email. My family and I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting the freedom, space, and convenience that goes with staying in a condo rather than a cramped, expensive hotel.
